    摘要: An inspection device is provided an inspection parameter generator generating predetermined parameter data. The parameter data is transmitted to a control unit subjecting inspection. The inspection device receives input signal from the control unit, which input signal corresponds to the parameter data input to the control unit. Both of the control unit and inspection device processes the corresponding data. The control unit feeds resultant output to the inspection device. The inspection device compares its own resultant data and the resultant output of the control unit to make judgment whether the control unit operates in normal condition or not.

    摘要: A clutch cover assembly having an annular bearing plate 27 located between a pressure plate 13 and a diaphragm spring 14 in coaxial relation to them. The bearing plate 27 integrally has a releasing fulcrum point 30 which is disposed in a clearance S between the pressure plate 13 and a back face of a projection 25. The releasing fulcrum point 30 is distorted in axial direction to elastically supports an outer peripheral part of the diaphragm spring 14. The releasing fulcrum point 30 and the loading fulcrum point 26 are arranged on the same circumference.

    摘要: A structure for radially positioning a friction member in a damper disc comprises an output hub including a radial flange; a pair of side plates rotatably disposed at opposite sides of the flange; a torsion spring mechanism operable to circumferentially connect the side plates to the flange; and a friction mechanism rotatable fitted around the hub and associated to the side plate for generating a friction force in accordance with relative torsion between the side plates and the flange; the friction mechanism including an annular friction member, of which outer periphery is radially held and guided concentrically to a center of the disc by circumferentially spaced projections formed on the adjacent side plate.

    摘要: A damper disc has side plates adapted to be connected to a torque input part so as to coaxially rotate therewith. A hub is connected to a torque output part and rotates coaxially to the side plates. A sub-plate is adapted to torsionally turn with respect to the side plates and the hub and is disposed coaxially thereto. A first spring mechanism circumferentially connects the sub-plate to the hub. A second spring mechanism circumferentially connects the side plates to the sub-plate. The spring mechanisms include a plurality of torsion springs disposed in series and spring seat units interposed between the adjacent springs. These spring seat units include a spring seat to which one of the springs is seated, a second spring seat to which another one of these springs is seated and a connecting means for connecting both spring seats together so that both spring seats can change their orientation with respect to the radial direction of the disc.

    摘要: A flywheel assembly includes a first flywheel having an annular wall on its outer peripheral portion, a seal plate fixed to the outer peripheral portion to form an annular space between the first flywheel and the seal plate, a driven plate arranged to freely rotate relative to the first flywheel within the annular space, an elastic coupling mechanism arranged inside the annular space which elastically connects the first flywheel and the driven plate circumferentially, and a viscous dampening mechanism. The viscous dampening mechanism is formed adjacent to the outer peripheral portion inside the annular space and has a fluid filled chamber. The driven plate includes a plurality of protrusion, each one of the protrusions extending into one of the fluid filled chambers. The viscous portion has a choke formed inside the fluid filled chamber that passes fluid while the first flywheel and driven plate rotate relative to each other.
