    摘要: An ink jet recording head is provided with a plurality of ink pathways and a plurality of ejection outlets in communication with the ink pathways. The ink jet recording head includes (a) a support member provided with a plurality of energy generating elements capable of generating energy to be utilized for ejecting ink through the ejection outlets, the energy generating elements being disposed in accordance with the ejection outlets; (b) a grooved top plate provided with a plurality of grooves to establish the ink pathways in accordance with the energy generating elements of the support member; and (c) a protruded member which is protruded above the surface of the grooved top plate. An ink cartridge includes the ink jet recording head and an ink container. An ink jet recording apparatus includes a control mechanism and the ink cartridge.

    摘要: An injection-molding metal mold used for injection-molding a body having a precision portion which is formed at high precision includes a molding cavity in which a precision molding portion for molding the precision portion is set to have a heat conductivity higher than that of general molding portions for molding other portions of the body and shortens the time required by a molding cycle to mold a body having a precision portion. Also, an injection-molding metal mold used for injection-molding a body having a precision portion which is formed at high precision includes a molding cavity constituted by a molding member in which a precision molding portion is formed to mold the precision portion and general molding portions for molding other portions. Also provided is an ejector pin, disposed adjacent to the molding member to partially constitute the cavity; for ejecting a molded body; and a cooling unit for cooling the molding member through the ejector pin. This injection-molding metal mold shortens the time required by a molding cycle to mold a body having a precision portion.
