    摘要: The polymer electrolyte composite, for driving an electrolytic capacitor, according to the present invention is a composite body comprising an electrolyte and an acrylic polymer containing a copolymer of acrylic derivative. The electrolyte comprises a polar solvent and a solute comprising at least one of inorganic acids, organic acids and salts of such acids. The copolymer of acrylic derivative is a polymer of: a first monomer of at least one of a group of monofunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having at least one hydroxyl group at a terminal thereof and a polymerizable unsaturated double bond; and a second monomer of at least one of a group of multifunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having plural polymerizable unsaturated double bonds.The polymer electrolyte composite has a high ionic conductivity at room temperature together with a high heat resistance, and does not react with electrode foils such as aluminum, and moreover is superior in the easiness of manufacturing and long life. The present invention also provides an electrolytic capacitor using the polymer electrolyte composite.

    摘要: An electrolytic capacitor is provided, comprising a capacitor element constituted in the way that an anode foil and a cathode foil with a lead for external connection connected thereto, respectively, are wound, with a separator intervening between them, and a cylindrical metal case, having a bottom, including the capacitor element, and a sealing plate for sealing an opening of the metal case, wherein a gel-like polymer having ion conductivity is formed inside and outside part of the above described capacitor element, and the above described gel-like polymer firmly attached to an inside the above described metal case, and thus the capacitor element is fixed. The gel-like polymer having conductivity is a mixture with an acrylic copolymer, to which an electrolytic solution is infiltrated to uniformly distribute the electrolytic solution. Thereby, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having high breakdown voltage and high heat resistance, and at the same time excellent strengthened mechanical property against vibration demanded for a capacitor.

    摘要: The polymer electrolyte composite, for driving an electrolytic capacitor, according to the present invention is a composite body including an electrolyte and an acrylic polymer containing a copolymer of acrylic derivative. The electrolyte includes a polar solvent and a solute including at least one of inorganic acids, organic acids and salts of such acids. The copolymer of acrylic derivative is a polymer of: a first monomer of at least one of a group of monofunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having at least one hydroxyl group at a terminal thereof and a polymerizable unsaturated double bond; and a second monomer of at least one of a group of multifunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having plural polymerizable unsaturated double bonds. The polymer electrolyte composite has a high ionic conductivity at room temperature together with a high heat resistance, and does not react with electrode foils such as aluminum, and moreover is superior in the easiness of manufacturing and long life. The present invention also provides an electrolytic capacitor using the polymer electrolyte composite.

Other electrolytes of the present invention further include inorganic acids and/or organic acids and have boric acid esters and/or their salts of the foregoing structural formulae dissolved in the solvent thereof. Using the above-mentioned electrolyte, an electrolytic capacitor which has high withstand voltage of not less than 500V even at the temperatures of 125° C. can be obtained.

    摘要: An aluminum electrolytic capacitor produced by winding an anode foil 11 and a cathode foil 12 via a separator 13 impregnated with a driving electrolyte solution 14, wherein the driving electrolyte solution 14 comprises a polar solvent, at least one electrolyte selected from inorganic acids, organic acids, inorganic acid salts, and organic acid salts, and a random copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene having a hydroxy group at one end and a hydrogen group at the other end and the separator 13 is formed by overlaying a cellulosic fiber-mixed paper, a cellulosic fiber paper, and a cotton linter. The present invention provides a long-lasting driving electrolyte solution higher in electric conductivity and superior in the chemical self-restoring ability and heat resistance at high temperature, and an aluminum electrolytic capacitor using the same.
