    摘要： Blocking a view of a whiteboard by a position of an attendee who writes on the whiteboard is prevented, and writing records made by all attendees are stored in order to use the writing records including a course of the written records later. Each terminal of all of the attendees has a touch-panel-equipped terminal having a function of dividing any input line drawing on the terminal into line segment data, successively transmitting the line segment data to the controller, and displaying line drawing information transmitted from the controller on the display of the touch-panel-equipped terminal. A liquid crystal projector having a controller that can be embedded therein or that is connectable thereto is provided, the controller having a function of sequentially recording line drawing information transmitted from each touch-panel-equipped terminal in a data base, adding the line drawing information to a video image memory of the whiteboard, and projecting the video image memory contents onto a wall surface while transmitting information of the data base to each touch-panel-equipped terminal.

    摘要： Since a display device is used in a relatively large room, it often displays images on a large screen. On the other hand, a display terminal often displays images on a small screen. Therefore, when the same image is displayed on the display device and the display terminal, the displayed image on the display terminal is so small that the viewer has difficulty in discerning details of the image, which poses a problem that the display terminal is disadvantageous. In a display system including a display terminal and a display device, the display device detects position coordinates optically pointed out by a pointer on a displayed image, and displays a given pointer mark at the detected position coordinates. The display terminal displays a magnified version of the displayed image approximately around received position coordinates serving as a center thereof, and displays a given pointer mark at the position coordinates.

    摘要： An apparatus for recording/reproducing video and audio signals on/from a recording medium includes a first and second tuner which receive a video signal of a first and second format transmitted by broadcasting, respectively; a recorder which records the video signal of the first format from the first tuner on the recording medium; a reproducer which reproduces the video signal of the first format from the recording medium; and a decoder which decodes the video signal of first format from the reproducer and converts the decoded signal to another video signal of the second format. A switching circuit is provided which selects one of the another video signal of the second format and the video signal of the second format as a selected video signal, and a video output terminal outputs the selected video signal through an on-screen display unit.
