摘要： Data relating to the status of users 12 in a mobile communications system is broadcast via satellite 8 from a network register 4 to local registers 10 in an HDLC format. Each of the local registers 10 requests retransmission of any HDLC frames which are incorrectly received. The network register 4 records the earliest transmitted frame not yet acknowledged by all of the local registers and inhibits transmission of new frames if they fall outside a transmission window relative to the earliest transmitted frame. The network register 4 polls the local registers 10 for retransmission requests and the local registers 10 also send unsolicited requests to the network register 4. The network register 4 only retransmits a frame once if multiple requests for that frame are transmitted within a predetermined period. When a new local register 10 enters the broadcast reception group, the network register 4 informs the new local register 10 which new frame will next be transmitted. The number of bits used for frame sequence numbers is greater than that defined in the HDLC protocols.

摘要： An air conditioning apparatus for an automotive vehicle comprises: a compressor (101) driven by an engine (101) for compressing a refrigerant; an evaporator (103) for evaporating the refrigerant compressed by the compressor; engine speed commanding section (104) for outputting a first command signal to drive the engine at a first engine idle speed when the compressor is not actuated and outputting a second command signal to drive the engine at a second engine idle speed higher than the first engine idle speed when the compressor is actuated; an after-evaporator temperature sensor (105) for detecting air temperature Immediately after the evaporator; an external air temperature sensor (106) for detecting external air temperature; and an inhibiting section (107) for inhibiting the engine speed commanding section from outputting the second command signal, when after-evaporator temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature and further external air temperature is lower than another predetermined temperature, irrespective of whether the compressor is actuated or not. The air conditioning apparatus can control engine idle speed without use of any timer and without deteriorating fuel consumption rate.

A method of producing the zipper tape with high productivity by means of extruding male strips and female strips in rows in a batch is provided. The zipper tape with the mating section formed thereon has a three-layered structure. The male strips and female strip for forming a mating section together are extruded from a miscellaneous extrusion molding machine onto a surface of the thermally fused film for forming a mating section in rows in the state where adjoining male and female strips form pairs respectively and are thermally fused and bonded to the base tape.
