摘要: A motor vehicle is produced by joining two semifinished, preassembled bodies, a front structure and a rear structure. Each of these structures are preassembled with associated automobile components. That is, the front structure is assembled with engine, transmission (for a front engine mounted car), and related components, instrument panel, steering wheel, etc. The front structure is also semifinished in a standard color. The rear structure has preassembled decorative components, such as seats, carpeting, covering, etc. The rear structure has the final finish (in the desired final color). The windshield frame can be part of either the front or the rear structure. The roof is part of the rear structure. The front and the rear structure are joined together near the middle of the vehicle body. Existing assembly tools can be used to join the front and rear structures. After the front and rear structures are joined, the front structure is finished with the final color, matching that of the rear structure. Thereafter, additional components, which are finished with the final color, such as a mudguard, an engine hood or bonnet, doors, and other outer covering, namely a bumper, and a radiator grille, are connected to the joined structures.

摘要: The invention pertains to a method and a device for carrying out the quality control of an object (10) that comprises at least one transparent layer (18). According to this method and this device, at least one light beam (41) of a light source (42) is projected onto the object (10) at an angle (.alpha.) and is received by at least one photosensitive receiver (53). According to the invention, it is proposed that the light beam that emerges from the object be split before it is projected onto the first photosensitive receiver (53), with part of the light beam being deflected in the direction toward a second photosensitive receiver (62). This measure makes it possible to expose simultaneously two different photosensitive receivers (53, 62) so as to display different defects of an object (10).

摘要: A process and device for the optical testing of a surface in which the surface can be illuminated substantially from above by at least one upper light and from the side by at least one lower light, at a sharp angle with respect to the surface. The light reflected and/or scattered by the surface is recorded in a test period by at least one light-sensitive receiver and at least one actual image which is compared with at least one desired image is produced. To permit an improved test provision is made for the surface to be recorded by the light-sensitive receiver at least twice during the test period. During the recording periods in question the surface is illuminated by an at least intermittent illumination from above and/or from the side in a different manner in order to obtain at least two actual images with different illumination of the surface.

摘要: Rotary beverage receptacle-filling apparatus for transparent receptacles has a plurality of receptacle sites spaced apart at its periphery with filling components with electrically driven controls controlling the flow of beverage. Stationary video cameras next to the apparatus measure the filling level in the receptacles near a level limit and to produce closing signals to the flow controls of those receptacle sites at which a receptacle reaches a limit level leading to the desired nominal level, if necessary taking into account any post-flow. One video camera covering several receptacle sites is provided as the measuring device and is connected to an image analyzer driving all controls. The analyzer continuously monitors the observed receptacles while also ascertaining the angular positions of receptacle sites associated with them, measuring the particular filling level reached in several angular positions and, when the limit level is reached in a receptacle, transmitting the closing signal to the control of the associated receptacle site.

摘要: System for connecting profile elements includes a separate clamping element having a clamping plate and at least one protrusion and a separate locking element having a base plate and at least one protrusion. In an assembled state, the locking element butts against that side of the profile elements located opposite the clamping element, such that protrusions of the locking element and of the clamping element are directed toward one another. A device is utilizes to clamp the clamping element and the locking element together such that, in the assembled state, the profile elements are clamped in between the clamping element and the locking element. The device being guided centrally between the profile elements.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the optical testing of a surface of an object, particularly a compact disc, in which the surface is illuminated by at least one light source and the light reflected and/or scattered by the surface is projected onto at least one substantially flat, light-sensitive element of a light-sensitive receiver. The receiver consists of several pixels in the form of a grid in the line direction and the space direction. In a test phase at least one actual image is generated that is compared with at least one desired image which was produced in a read-in phase. To produce an image of the surface with more information the invention provides that during the read-in phase and/or the test phase at least two images of the surface are taken and the image of the surface which is projected on the light-sensitive element is displaced by at least a fraction of the dimension of a pixel in each case in at least one direction with respect to the light-sensitive element. In this way it is possible to detect the ambient field of a pixel so that the printed regions or the like can be classified for an improved evaluation, particularly when producing the desired image.
