    摘要: A power line communication system in which a home's power line communication unit can communicate with a vehicle even when a relay is broken off without using a special relay. In this system, a vehicle's PLC communication unit (21) mounted in a vehicle (2) and a home's PLC communication unit (42) installed in a home communicate via a power transmission unit (3) that transmits communication signals and power to be supplied to the vehicle (2). The power transmission unit (3) includes a mechanical relay for conducting or shutting off power to the vehicle (2). The home's PLC communication unit (42) transmits a communication request signal for starting communication to the power transmission unit (3). When the vehicle's PLC communication unit (21) receives the communication request signal transmitted by the home's PLC communication unit (42), the vehicle's PLC communication unit (21) energizes the mechanical relay and then starts communication.

    摘要: An in-vehicle charging device is provided with: a recording unit (27) that accumulates vehicle information regarding a vehicle; a vehicle-side PLC communication control unit (26) that, when it is determined to be necessary to transmit vehicle information accumulated at the recording unit (27) to the outside of the vehicle, commands transmission of a control signal for closing an earth leakage circuit breaker (not shown in figure); and a charging control unit (25b) that transmits a control signal to the earth leakage circuit breaker on the basis of the command from the vehicle-side PLC communication control unit (26). When electrical energy is not being supplied to a storage battery (24), the vehicle-side PLC communication control unit (26) establishes PLC and batch transmits vehicle information when the earth leakage circuit breaker has been closed by the control signal transmitted from the charging control unit (25b).

The index imparting system is provided with: a control signal detecting section to identify a type of each control signal and an identifier for uniquely specifying each control signal following the detection of various kinds of control signals and obtain time of the detection. An index generating section generates metadata following the acquisition of a type, an identifier, and time identified at the control signal detecting section and, in the meantime, imparts attribute information to the metadata.

    摘要: A fluorescent tube type LED lamp includes an elongated lamp body that has a largest dimension in a longitudinal direction, a light source substrate mounted on the lamp body, a light transmissive cover attached to the lamp body, and an LED unit mounted on the light source substrate such that the LED unit extends in the longitudinal direction of the lamp body. The LED unit includes a plurality of LED chips mounted on the light source substrate, and a transparent encapsulant encapsulating the LED chips. The encapsulant is molded such that the encapsulant is raised from the light source substrate. The LED unit radiates light from an entire surface of the encapsulant in an angular range including a region lateral to the lamp body.
