According to the present invention, the muffler holding member has the center connecting part made of an elastic material and therefore, tensile and compression stresses are working in the center connecting part. In effect, the muffler holding member of the present invention is capable of lowering vibration transmissibility in any frequency level up to 800Hz required to an automobile.
