    摘要: The present invention provides an aggregate of spherical core-shell cerium oxide/polymer hybrid nanoparticles, a process for producing the same, and a product such as an anti-reflection film having a high refractive index layer. The present invention relates to an aggregate of spherical core-shell cerium oxide/polymer hybrid nanoparticles in which the core and shell are cerium oxide and a polymer, respectively, and the aggregate is highly concentrated, with a volume fraction of the spherical core-shell cerium oxide/polymer hybrid nanoparticles being at least 32% or higher, the aggregate contains a fixing agent, the aggregate is configured such that the fixing agent fills in voids between the spherical core-shell cerium oxide/polymer hybrid nanoparticles, the aggregate has a uniform distribution of the core-shell cerium oxide/polymer hybrid nanoparticles, which are spherical secondary particles synthesized by the polyol method, and the aggregate has excellent mechanical strength, light transmittance, and UV light-blocking properties; and the present invention further relates a process for producing the same; and an antireflection film and ink having the same.

    摘要: The objects of the present invention are to provide core-shell type cobalt oxide microparticles, a dispersion containing such microparticles, and a production process and uses of the microparticles and the dispersion, and the invention is directed at: core-shell type cobalt oxide microparticles having an average particle diameter of from 50 to 200 nm, wherein the core is a secondary particle of spherical shape to a surface of which an organic polymer is attached as the shell; a dispersion of such cobalt oxide microparticles; a dry powder obtained from such a cobalt oxide microparticle dispersion; a process for producing core-shell type cobalt oxide microparticles or a dispersion thereof, which process includes the steps of: mixing together a cobalt salt and an organic polymer in an organic solvent so as to obtain a mixture; and heating/refluxing the mixture at a predetermined temperature so as to cause core-shell type cobalt oxide microparticles to precipitate, wherein the cobalt salt is cobalt acetate; and uses of the cobalt oxide microparticles, the dispersion and the dry powder.

    摘要: The present invention provides a gas sensor element having the characteristic of detecting an aldehyde gas in concentrations of several tens of ppb, a process for manufacturing such a material, and a gas sensor element and the like comprising such a material, and the invention provides a gas sensor material comprising an organic-inorganic hybrid material in which a conductive organic polymer is intercalated between layers of an inorganic compound having a layer structure and from which a conductive organic polymer not intercalated between the layers of the inorganic compound is removed, and provides a process for manufacturing such a gas sensor material, as well as a chemical sensor member, and further the invention allows thus providing a chemical sensor material by which the gas sensor material can detect by itself an aldehyde gas in concentrations of several tens of ppb without using a sensitivity-enhancing element such as a gas-concentrating element.
