    摘要: The present invention relates to novel therapies and treatments of atherosclerotic diseases. Accordingly there is provided, methods of treating or preventing atherosclerosis by passive vaccination through administration to a patient of a fully human antibody that is capable of binding to the specific fragments of ApoCIII. Specific human monoclonal antibodies and their use in therapy of atherosclerosis is provided. There is further provided the use of the antibodies of the present invention in medicine.
