摘要: The present invention relates to a torsion spring driven injection device for delivering set doses of a liquid drug. The injection device mechanism is encapsulated in a housing which also stores the cartridge containing the liquid drug. A needle cannula which is in liquid communication with the interior of the cartridge and which has a distal tip is shielded by a telescopically movable needle shield is used to inject the set dose. The needle cannula is preferably used for multiple injections and cleaned between subsequent injections. The drive mechanism further comprises a nut member engaging the piston rod and releasable coupled to the housing to operate as a pressure relief mechanism. The telescopically movable needle shield covering the distal tip of the needle cannula is formed to lock the nut member to the housing during injection.

摘要: The invention relates to an injection device for injecting a liquid drug. The injection device comprises a housing assembly supporting a non-removable cartridge having an interior chamber containing the liquid drug to be injected and a reusable needle cannula connected to the cartridge. A needle shield assembly provided with a cleaning chamber containing a volume of a cleaning agent for cleaning at least the distal tip of the needle cannula between subsequent injections is further provided. The needle shield assembly is axially movable in a proximal direction in relation to the housing assembly from a first position to a second position upon rotation of at least a part of the needle shield assembly, wherein the first position is a position in which the distal tip of the needle cannula is located inside the cleaning chamber thereby cleansing the distal tip of the needle cannula, and the second position is a position in which the distal tip of the needle cannula is located outside and distal to the cleaning chamber for equalizing the pressure in the cartridge.

摘要: The present invention relates to injection devices for injecting a dose of a medicament. The injection device (100) incorporates a housing (101), a needle assembly (150) and a cover (200). The needle assembly (150) comprises an injection needle (152,153) accommodated in a needle container (151) having an opening which in a storage state of the injection device (100) is sealed by a film seal (155). The cover may include sections (201,202) arranged movable relative to the housing (101). The injection device (100) is so configured that upon movement of the cover sections (201,202) relative to the housing (101) the film seal (155) is changed from a sealing state to an unsealing state for shifting the injection device (100) into a ready-to-administer state.

摘要: The present invention relates to an injection apparatus for injecting a pharmaceutical liquid drug into the skin of a user. The injection apparatus can be in form of an injection device carrying a needle cannula or in the shape of a needle assembly (10) attachable to an injection device. The outer shell of the injection apparatus is a protective shield (10) divided into different segments (10a, 10b). These segments are preferably spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction to move individually in the axial direction. Further, the segments are provided with tilting means (14, 15) which are activated to move neighboring segments (10a, 10b) apart upon relative axial movement of one or more segments (10a, 10b) whenever an uneven force is applied to the distal end of the shield.

摘要: Disclosed is a medical injection device (1) comprising a needle assembly (20) having a cannula (21) and a telescopic shield (30) for covering the distal tip (23) in a no use situation. The telescopic shield further carries a cleaning reservoir (40) for cleaning the needle cannula between two subsequent injections. The cleaning reservoir is provided with an opening (43) connecting to an overflow reservoir (51/55) such that the cleaning liquid contained in the cleaning reservoir can retract and expand upon temperature changes and does not enter the needle lumen instead. In one example, the overflow reservoir is formed as a channel (51).

摘要: The invention relates to an injection device for self-administration of doses of a liquid drug. The injection device carries a needle cannula (15) which is concealed by a telescopically movable shield (20). Further a stopping means (30) interconnects the shield with the helical rotatable scale sleeve (25) such that the shield can only be operated proximally when the scale sleeve is rotated away from its zero position. Once the scale sleeve returns to its zero position during expelling of the dose, the shield and the stopping means is allowed to slide distally and thus return to the locked position.
