摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a pesticide residue detection method, comprising the steps: (a) irradiating a sample to be detected by an exciting light and collecting a Raman scattered light from the sample; (b) acquiring a Raman spectrum of the sample from the collected Raman scattered light; and (c) comparing the Raman spectrum with reference Raman spectra for known pesticides in a reference Raman library to determine composition and concentration of the pesticide residue in the sample. The method may achieve effective, convenient and accurate inspection of the pesticide residue in foods, in particular suitable for rapid detection.

摘要: A raman spectrum measuring method for drug inspection is provided, comprising: measuring raman spectrum of a sample to be inspected to acquire an original raman spectrum curve of the sample; determining whether the original raman spectrum curve has a characterizing portion, and if not, measuring a mixture of the sample and an enhancing agent to acquire an enhanced raman spectrum curve of the sample; and if the original raman spectrum curve of the sample to be inspected has a characterizing portion, comparing the original raman spectrum curve of the sample with data in an original raman spectrum database of a drug to determine whether the sample contains the drug, otherwise, comparing the enhanced raman spectrum curve of the sample with data in an enhanced raman spectrum database of the drug to determine whether the sample to be inspected contains the drug.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide jewel and jade identification method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps: (a) placing a sample to be detected over a light transmission hole formed on a carrying surface of an object table and emitting, by an optical probe disposed below the carrying surface, an exciting light onto the sample through the light transmission hole and then collecting a Raman scattered light from the sample by the optical probe. (b) acquiring a Raman spectrum curve of the sample from the collected Raman scattered light from the sample; and (c) comparing the Raman spectrum curve with a reference Raman spectrum library for jewels and jades to identify the sample. The method and apparatus may achieve effective, convenient and accurate inspections of the jewels and jades.

摘要: The disclosure provides a method for removing background from a spectrogram, including: finding out peak information of a raw spectrogram, the peak information including a peak position, a starting point, an ending point, and a peak width w of a peak; processing, within each peak area defined by the starting point and the ending point of each peak of the raw spectrogram, each peak of the raw spectrogram by using a SNIP method so as to obtain background data within each peak area; replacing, within each peak area, data of the raw spectrogram with the background data obtained through processing by using the SNIP method, so as to form a background spectrogram in a fitting way; smoothing the formed background spectrogram; and subtracting the smoothed background spectrogram from the raw spectrogram so as to obtain a spectrogram with removed background.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a Raman spectroscopic inspection method, comprising the steps of: measuring a Raman spectrum of an object to be inspected successively to collect a plurality of Raman spectroscopic signals; superposing the plurality of Raman spectroscopic signals to form a superposition signal; filtering out a florescence interfering signal from the superposition signal; and identifying the object to be inspected on basis of the superposition signal from which the florescence interfering signal has been filtered out. By means of the above method, a desired Raman spectroscopic signal may be acquired by removing the interference caused by a florescence signal from a Raman spectroscopic inspection signal of the object. It may inspect correctly the characteristics of the Raman spectrum of the object so as to identify the object effectively.

摘要: A method and apparatus for inspection of liquids are disclosed. The method includes inspecting a liquid with a technique selected according to whether the package of the liquid is transparent, semi-transparent or opaque. If the package is transparent or semi-transparent, a Raman spectra technique is used; if the package is opaque, a technique using an electronic scale and a barcode reader is used. In some embodiments, the Raman spectra technique and the technique using barcode reader and electronic scale can be used independently for inspection of the liquid. The inspection apparatus according to the present disclosure has advantages, such as capability of material identification, rapid examination speed, small volume, light weight, portability, low cost, freedom from radiation, and simple maintenance. The method and apparatus according to the present disclosure are suitable for safety inspection in public places having a large number, and fast flow, of people.

摘要: The disclosure provides a Raman spectrum detection apparatus and a method of monitoring detection security thereof. The method includes: emitting excited light by a light source and guiding the excited light to a sample; collecting a light signal generated by the sample under irradiation of the excited light and generating spectrum data representing the light signal; determining a first part representing an excited light component of the light signal and a second part representing a Raman scattered component and a fluorescence component of the light signal, of the spectrum data; calculating a first parameter representing an amplitude of spectral intensity, and a second parameter representing a fluctuation of spectral intensity, of each of the first and second parts; comparing the first parameters, and comparing the second parameters, of the first and second parts; and determining whether or not the sample is a deep-colored substance based on comparison results.
