    Abstract: A wireless transfer system includes: a wireless transmission section including: an input section configured to receive, as an input signal, one of a first video signal provided with ancillary information including identification information of a high-definition 3D/2D video signal and a second video signal not including the identification information; a video signal extraction section configured to extract one of the high-definition video signal and the second video signal from the input signal; an ancillary information extraction section configured to extract the ancillary information; a wireless video transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit extracted one of the high-definition video signal and the second video signal; and the like; and a wireless reception section including: a wireless video receiver configured to receive wirelessly transmitted one of the high-definition video signal and the second video signal; a wireless ancillary information receiver configured to receive the wirelessly transmitted ancillary information; and the like.

    Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed to an endoscope comprises an endoscope body defined by an insertion portion and an operating portion both of which are a hermetically sealed structure with a predetermined gas pressure maintained in the endoscope body. The operation portion includes a ventilation inlet attached thereto to deliver a gas into the endoscope body and to hold the gas at the predetermined gas pressure in the endoscope body. A measuring unit is configured to be mounted on a board disposed in the operating portion for measuring a gas pressure in the endoscope body. A controller is configured to acquire a value measured by the measuring unit and to determine whether or not there is a gas leakage from the endoscope body based on the acquired measured value.

    Abstract: A wireless endoscope includes: a detection portion configured to detect a connection state to an endoscope body of a battery; and a control portion configured to set a replacement time operation mode of using the power from a power storage component as the power needed for the endoscopic observation and performing the endoscopic observation with lower power compared to a normal time operation mode of performing an endoscopic observation with the power from the battery, when a detection result of a non-connection state of the battery is given from the detection portion, in which the control portion restores the normal time operation mode from the replacement time operation mode when a detection result of a reconnection state to the endoscope body of the battery is given from the detection portion.
