Abstract:
A printed wiring board including a connection part that is connected to a projecting portion of an external member by soldering, the connection part including a first hole in which the projecting portion is inserted, a main land to which the projecting portion is soldered, a metallic pattern that is drawn from the main land, and a sub-land that is connected to the main land through the metallic pattern, wherein the main land is constructed with a metallic film configured to cover a peripheral region of the first hole in at least a front face of the printed wiring board including the front face and a back face, the front face to which the soldering is performed and the back face on a side opposite to the front face, and the metallic film is not formed on a sidewall forming the first hole, and where the sub-land is constructed with a metallic film configured to cover a sidewall formed by a second hole piercing the printed wiring board and a peripheral region of the second hole in both the front face and the back face of the printed wiring board.
Abstract:
A switch unit including a case that has an opening and a switch two terminals that partially project to an outside of the case from the opening, a gasket configured to seal the opening, the gasket including two through-holes through which the terminals extend, a base member, and a pressing member that is arranged between the terminals, where the gasket is in close contact with the terminals at the through-holes, a region between the through-holes of the gasket is pressed while nipped between the pressing member and the base member and a surrounding region in the gasket is pressed while nipped between an inside surface of the case and the base member.
Abstract:
A trigger switch includes: a housing; a trigger provided outside the housing; a plunger that connects the trigger to the housing so as to approach or separate from the housing, and includes a slider disposed inside the housing; a first printed wiring board that is disposed inside the housing and includes a sliding resistor configured to contact the slider and a control element that configures a control circuit together with the sliding resistor; and a second printed wiring board that is disposed inside the housing separately from the first printed wiring board and electrically connected to the first printed wiring board, and includes a power element configured to supply electric current based on a signal of the control element.
Abstract:
A pair of open/close and current-passing movable contact pieces is supported on a movable contact terminal such that the pair is rotatable along with the reciprocation of an operating element. An open/close movable contact is mounted on the open/close movable contact piece and is rotatably biased by a spring member. A current-passing movable contact is mounted on the current-passing movable contact piece. By moving the operating element, a restriction imposed on a position of the operating element is released so that the open/close movable contact piece is rotated by a spring force of the spring member whereby the open/close movable contact is brought into pressure contact with an open/close fixed contact mounted on a fixed contact terminal. The current-passing movable contact piece is rotated by the operating element so that the current-passing movable contact is brought into pressure contact with a current-passing fixed contact mounted on the fixed contact terminal.
