摘要: A hydrostatic drive system (1) has a load-sensing pump (2) with an adjustable discharge volume and at least one consumer connected to the pump (2). The discharge volume of the pump (2) can be set by a discharge volume control device (6) that sets the delivery pressure of the pump available in a delivery line (4) of the pump (2) so that it is higher by a pilot control pressure difference than the load pressure of the consumer. The discharge volume control device (6) can be actuated by an electronic control device (7) functionally connected with a sensor device (9) for measuring the load pressure of the consumer and with a sensor device (8) for measuring the delivery pressure available in the delivery line (4). A circulation device (15) is associated with the delivery line (4) to control the connection of the delivery line (4) with a reservoir (3).

摘要: A monolithic integrated circuit is formed having semiconductor components disposed in surface regions of a semiconductor body, said regions being electrically isolated from the remaining semiconductor body by a pn-junction plane. The regions into which the semiconductor components are formed are electrically isolated by heavily doping surface areas of a substrate with phosphorus, antimony and/or arsenic impurities which are of the opposite conductivity from the substrate. After said doping, an epitaxial layer having a conductivity opposite to that of the substrate is formed over the entire substrate surface with a doping concentration lower than that of the substrate so that during subsequent high temperature processing steps, the substrate impurity out-diffuses into the epitaxial layer and the phosphorus of the heavily doped surface areas diffuses downwardly into the substrate to form a step-like pn-junction surface alternately extending into the substrate and into the epitaxial layer. During subsequent processing operations, an impurity of the same conductivity type as used in the substrate is diffused downwardly from the surface of the epitaxial layer to meet the out-diffused substrate impurity to complete the isolation of surface regions of the semiconductor body into which the semiconductor components are formed.

摘要: A process is described for manufacturing integrated insulated-gate field-effect transistors comprising contacts on both the source region and the drain region which are self-aligned with respect to the gate electrode. In this process the gate area and the areas of the aforementioned regions are defined by means of an oxidation masking layer, and on these regions by employing the oxidation masking layer, there are produced insulator layers which are relatively thick compared to the gate insulator layer.

摘要: An object identification system comprises a transceiver (1) and a transponder (30) including memories (33,34) for storing an identification code identifying the transponder. Circuits (35, 36, 37, 38) generate an identification signal representative of the identification code such that the identification signal is modulated by bits of the identification code. Circuits (8, 9, 10, 11, 12) of the transceiver receive and interpret the identification signal. The transponder includes a variable code generator (32) and a controller (31) for controlling the writing of the variable code into memory (33) so that the variable code constitutes part of the identification code. The variable code may be a random or pseudo-random code.
