The present invention relates to a device for current measuring in power supply networks comprising transformers for measuring current, a signal processing apparatus arranged on a printed circuit board and screw fastenings for mounting the device. The cable ducts of the transformers are orientated parallel to the plane of the printed circuit board, which has openings flush to the cable ducts, and the screw fastenings are fastening tabs with mounting holes, spaced so standards-compliant mounting is possible. In an alternate embodiment, the cable ducts are orientated perpendicularly to the plane of the printed circuit board, the screw fastenings are constructed as an angle rail with cable outlets and standards-compliant mounting holes, and the printed circuit board is internally fastened on one side of the angle rail. In another alternate embodiment the transformers are installed with the printed circuit board in a common housing with fastening tabs and standards-compliant mounting holes.

The invention relates to a method and a device for monitoring the insulation of an ungrounded DC and/or AC voltage network. The method comprises the following steps: (a) generating a measurement DC voltage Umess= that is connected to a ground on one side for a predeterminable measuring time frame tvar; (b) generating and superposing at least one measurement AC voltage Umess˜ connected to a ground and having a measurement duration tcons with the measurement DC voltage Umess− for forming a total measurement voltage Umess; (c) feeding the total measurement voltage Umess into the voltage network to be monitored; and (d) determining an insulating resistance R= from the measurement DC voltage Umess− and an insulating impedance Z from the measurement AC voltage Umess˜. The devise is configured to carry out the above method. The method and the device are suited in particular for monitoring the insulation in electric and hybrid vehicles.

The invention relates to a method and a device for determining a maximum leakage current in unearthed power supply networks with a plurality of conductors. The method comprises the steps of: feeding of a measurement signal UP with a measurement frequency fPuls into a conductor arrangement, setting the measurement frequency fPuls, measuring a line-to-line voltage UL-E for each conductor, determining a maximum occurring line-to-line voltage UL-Emax from the measured line-to-line voltages UL-E, determining a voltage UZe across a measurement resistance RM for calculating a leakage impedance ZE, calculating the leakage impedance ZE, and calculating a maximum leakage current THC. The device comprises a signal generator for feeding in the UP with the fPuls, a network coupling circuit between the signal generator and the conductor arrangement, a voltage measuring circuit for measuring the UL-E, and an impedance measuring circuit for determining the Ze by means of the determining of the UZe.
