摘要: A living tissue to be treated is brought into contact with a first high-frequency electrode having high thermal conductivity. A substrate on which an electric resistance pattern is formed is longer than the first electrode. The substrate includes an end portion projected from the first high-frequency electrode. A first lead connection portion electrically connected to the electric resistance pattern is formed on the projected end portion. The substrate is pasted to the first electrode by use of a high-thermal-conductivity heat-resistant adhesive sheet. A lead line for applying power to the electric resistance pattern is arranged in the first lead connection portion where it extends in the longitudinal direction of the first electrode and on the side close to the first electrode.

摘要: A medical treatment apparatus includes a heat transfer portion, a heating chip, a temperature measurement unit and a control unit. The heat transfer portion comes into contact with a living tissue and transfers heat to the living tissue. The heating chip includes a heating region, is joined to the heat transfer portion, and heats the heat transfer portion by inputting energy to the heating region. The temperature measurement unit acquires a temperature of the heating region. The control unit controls a temperature of the heat transfer portion to a target temperature by controlling the temperature of the heating region to a temperature differing from the target temperature by an offset value which changes in accordance with an amount of the energy.

摘要: A treatment-energy applying structure includes a flexible substrate having a wiring pattern having a heat-generation region and a connection region. A heat transfer plate faces a surface of the flexible substrate, and transfers heat to a body tissue. An adhesive sheet, having heat conductivity, is disposed between the flexible substrate and the heat transfer plate to cover the entirety of the heat-generation region and the heat transfer plate. A region of the adhesive sheet protrudes from the heat transfer plate to cover a region of the connection region. A pair of lead wires connects to the connection region outside of the covered region. The adhesive sheet is longer than the heat transfer plate and shorter than the flexible substrate. A gap between an end of the heat transfer plate and the lead wires is longer than a diameter of the lead wires or a thickness of the heat transfer plate.

The device includes first and second resistance elements which are supplied a power having a first power value and a second power value to heat the first heat transfer portion and second heat transfer portion, respectively. The device includes temperature acquiring section which acquires a first temperature of the first heat transfer portion. The device includes a control section which calculates the first power value based on the first temperature, and determines the second power value corresponding to the first power value. The device includes first and second power supplying sections which supply the power having the first and second power value to the first and second resistance elements, respectively.

摘要: A treatment device treats a biotissue by heating the biotissue to a target temperature. The device includes a heat-transfer member conveying heat to the biotissue, a heat-generating chip including a heat-generating member, a first temperature-measuring module, a temperature-measuring element disposed on the heat-transfer member, a second temperature-measuring module, and a controller. The heat-generating member heats the heat-transfer member. The first temperature-measuring module obtains a first temperature of the heat-generating member. The second temperature-measuring module obtains a second temperature measured by the temperature-measuring element. The controller determines the supplied electric power based on the first temperature after start of heating and before a transition point in time, and based on the second temperature after the transition point in time.
