摘要: In a medical device, a field-of-view switching mechanism which moves a field of view imaged by an observation section, and an illumination-light switching mechanism including an illumination section having an illumination range of illumination light whose entire field of view is covered by movement, are configured integrally with each other. The illumination light is illuminated to the current field of view by moving the illumination range of the illumination light, in synchronism with pivoting of an observation and in compliance with the field of view.

摘要: An endoscope apparatus includes: a light source apparatus that emits light in a wavelength band including a first wavelength band for exciting a first fluorescent substance and a second wavelength band; an image pickup section that picks up an image of first fluorescence emitted when the first fluorescent substance is excited and an image of second fluorescence emitted when a second fluorescent substance provided on a treatment instrument is excited, to generate a fluorescence image; an information storing section that stores shape information including information on a shape of the second fluorescent substance; and an operation section that performs an operation to estimate an actual size of a region in which the first fluorescence is generated, based on a scaling factor calculated based on the shape information and a size of a draw region of the second fluorescence, and a size of a draw region of the first fluorescence.

摘要: Provided is a fluorescence observation apparatus including: a fluorescence image acquisition section and a reference image acquisition section that acquire a fluorescence image and a reference image of a subject, respectively; a division image generation section that generates a division image by dividing an image based on the fluorescence image by an image based on the reference image; a display section that displays a corrected fluorescence image based on the division image; a correction processing section that applies correction processing to at least one of the reference image and the fluorescence image and/or to the division image prior to the generation of the division image or prior to the display of the corrected fluorescence image; an observation condition determination section that determines observation conditions of the subject; and a correction condition setting section that sets parameters regarding the correction processing according to the observation conditions.
