摘要： A component installing device comprises: a tray component supply section (8) having a plurality of conjointly provided tray component supply mechanisms (7) for moving selected trays (4) from a storage position (5) to a component supply position (6), according to need, thereby providing the components (2) accommodated therein for use; and a cassette component supply section (13) having a plurality of mutually aligned component supply cassettes (12) for carrying components in a tape cassette or a bulk cassette, and transporting said components to a component supply position (11), one at a time, thereby providing said components for use. Components (2) accommodated in the respective trays (4) located at the component supply positions (6) of the respective tray component supply mechanisms (7) in the tray component supply section (8), and components (2) transported to the component supply positions (11) of the respective component supply cassettes (12) in the cassette component supply section (13), are variously handled and installed at prescribed positions on a circuit board (1) by means of an installing head (21).

摘要： A calibration jig for a component recognition device and a component recognition calibration method using the jig which can stabilize the mounting accuracy of a component to a to-be-mounted object and improve amount quality. An opening is formed at a to-be-picked up face of the calibration jig. A predetermined position of the calibration jig is recognized on the basis of the contrast between the picked-up face and the opening. The position of the calibration jig can be recognized with higher accuracy, so that a resolution of the component recognition device, etc. can be obtained with a higher degree of accuracy. Mount accuracy of the component to the object is thus stabilized and mount quality is improved.

摘要： A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus for recording a desired sound or picture signal to a magnetic tape by a magnetic head. At the time of normal-speed recording and reproduction, the magnetic tape is taken up at a constant speed, but by changing the tape travelling speed of the tape on the rotary drum, DTF control and high-speed noiseless reproduction are enabled. The tension of the tape on the entrance side of the rotary drum is controlled to a desired value. This apparatus includes a tape tension actuator and a tape drawing actuator on the entrance side and on the exit side, respectively, of the rotary drum. In DTF control, both tape actuators correct a tracking error of the tape in cooperation with each other. In high-speed noiseless reproduction, both tape actuators are differentially driven so as to lower the tape travelling speed on the rotary drum. Both tape actuators are driven in feedback control using the modern control.
