    摘要: In a pneumatic-hydraulic system for driving a hydraulic actuator, a single pneumatic-hydraulic converter includes a cylinder casing with inlet and outlet ports and a plunger reciprocably disposed within the casing to form a hydraulic chamber in open communication with the inlet and outlet ports and a pneumatic chamber for connection to a pneumatic pressure source, the hydraulic chamber having a displacement capacity filled with a predetermined amount of hydraulic fluid necessary for producing at least one reciprocating motion of the actuator. The system also includes supply and return passages respectively connected with the outlet and inlet ports, a change-over valve for switching over hydraulic connection of the passages to the actuator, a hydraulic fluid reservoir within the return passage to store the hydraulic fluid discharged from the actuator, the capacity of the reservoir being larger than that of the hydraulic chamber, and a check valve between the inlet port and the reservoir for permitting the flow of fluid from the reservoir into the hydraulic chamber.

    摘要: In a fitting region for a SAW filter which includes langasite as its piezoelectric element, there are included an input side terminal electrode and an output side terminal electrode which are connected to an input terminal and to an output terminal of the SAW filter. To each of the terminal electrodes, at a position which is separated by just a predetermined distance from the fitting region of the SAW filter, there is connected a micro strip line which extends in mutually opposite directions along a direction which is parallel to the transmission direction of a frequency signal within the SAW filter. A slit is provided in the fitting region of the SAW filter and extends in a direction which intersects the transmission direction of the frequency signal within the SAW filter. A plurality of through holes are provided in the printed substrate and electrically connect together its surface and its rear surface which is grounded. Furthermore, there is provided a protective member which has a conductive surface and which is in contact with the surface of said filter, and said conductive surface of said protective member which is in contact with the surface of said filter is set so as to be of the same size as the surface of said filter, or so as to be smaller than it.

A cache memory of each processor has a plurality of ports through which data can be read and written simultaneously. A cache memory controller of the operational processor transfers an update for the cache memory to the cache memory of the standby processor by using a port different from the port used for updating. A cache memory controller of the standby processor writes the received update into the cache memory by using a port different from the port used for updating.

    摘要: A hollow portion (7) of a spindle 5 through which a draw bar (9) and a disc spring assembly (11) are inserted has a closed chamber structure and constitutes an oil pool chamber in which a lubricating oil is filled. The bearing portions (21, 39) for supporting the draw bar (9) in the oil pool on both sides thereof have the same inner diameter so that the volume of the oil pool chamber does not change when the draw bar (9) is moved forward and backward. As a result, the lubricating oil is not pushed out of the oil pool chamber. Thus, a spindle unit can be provided in which a clamping means, consisting of the draw bar (9) and the disc spring assembly (11), for clamping a tool or a workpiece pallet at the forward end of the spindle can be reliably lubricated, so that the friction on and the breakage of the clamping means is reduced and that the service life of the unit is lengthened.

    摘要: In a scroll type fluid machine wherein there are engaged stator scroll means and rotary scroll means in intermeshing relationship with each other, each having a spiral or scroll blade portion projecting in the axial direction from the lateral plate surface in such a manner that the rotary scroll means may move in solar revolving motion with respect to the stator scroll means mounted stationary on a cup-like member by the rotating motion of a main shaft, while restricting the rotating motion of the rotary scroll means by function of a rotation blocking mechanism, so that the fluid may operatively be sucked into and delivered out of the fluid machine with a differential pressure produced therein in continued variation, an improvement is accomplished in that an angular phase relationship between the rotary scroll means and the stator scroll means may be compensated properly by shifting in rotation the rotary scroll means in the direction of rotating motion thereof in accordance with the extent of initial wear generated in the both scroll means, and also in that a substantial reduction in the assembly procedures of the scroll type fluid machine may be attained from an improved construction made available in alignment work of the both scroll means involved.
