    Abstract: A detection system including a light source, an image sensor and a processor is provided. The light source is configured to illuminate an object. The image sensor is configured to output a picture. The processor is configured to generate an IR picture and a color picture according to the picture captured by the image sensor, identify a skin-color object in the color picture and determine an object image in the IR picture according to the skin-color object.

    Abstract: A movement detection method, applied to a navigation input device with a navigation pattern comprising a center pattern and a radial pattern. The movement detection method comprises: (a)capturing a sensing image comprising a center pattern image and at least portion of a radial pattern image by an image sensor, wherein the center pattern image corresponds to the center pattern and the radial pattern image corresponding to the radial pattern; (b)computing a translation of the navigation input device according to shift of the center pattern image; and (c)computing a rotation angle of the navigation input device according to a first pattern relation between the center pattern image and a first portion of the radial pattern image. The translation and the rotation angle can be precisely and sensitively detected even if the joystick device is miniaturized, since the translation and the rotation angle are computed according to the navigation pattern.

    Abstract: An optical medical detection device includes a first physiological sensor and a processor. The first physiological sensor is adapted to continuously output a first photoplethysmography (PPG) signal generated by a first skin area of an object, and further to optionally and continuously output a second photoplethysmography (PPG) signal generated by a second skin area of the object. The second skin area is different from the first skin area. The processor is electrically connected to the first physiological sensor. The processor is adapted to convert the first PPG signal and the second PPG signal into a physiological feature, and the physiological feature is at least one of a blood pressure ratio and a blood flow velocity.
