摘要: A method for manufacturing an electrical steel sheet is provided. The method for manufacturing an electrical steel sheet includes forming a groove having first and second side surfaces and a bottom surface by melting a surface of a steel sheet by laser irradiation, and forming an opening by removing melted byproducts of the steel sheet formed on the first and second side surfaces and the bottom surface through air blowing or suctioning to expose at least one surface of the first side surface, the second side surface, and the bottom surface in the forming of the groove.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: manufacturing a cold-rolled sheet; forming a groove by irradiating a laser beam on the cold-rolled sheet; and partially removing an oxide layer formed on a surface of the cold-rolled sheet so that a thickness of the oxide layer remains at 1 to 5 nm, wherein the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has islands of 0.25 or less having sphericity of 0.5 to 0.9 under the oxide layer under the groove.

摘要: An embodiment of the present invention provides a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, including: a linear groove formed in a direction crossing a rolling direction on one surface or both surfaces of an electrical steel sheet; and a linear thermal shock portion formed in the direction crossing the rolling direction on one surface or both surfaces of the electrical steel sheet. The groove is formed in plural along the rolling direction, a distance D2 between the groove and the thermal shock portion is 0.2 to 0.5 times a distance D1 between the grooves, and a distance D3 between the thermal shock portions is 0.2 to 3.0 times the distance D1 between the grooves.
