Abstract: An electrical apparatus management system includes electrical apparatuses installed in a building, a management device that communicates with each of the electrical apparatuses, and an operation terminal that communicates with each of the electrical apparatuses. The operation terminal transmits management address information individually to each of the electrical apparatuses using radio having directivity, the management address information being information to be assigned individually to each of the electrical apparatuses. Each of the electrical apparatuses has an own specific address, stores the management address information transmitted from the operation terminal, and transmits the specific address and the management address information. The management device establishes a correspondence between the specific address and the management address information that have been transmitted, stores the specific address and the management address information, and controls operations of the electrical apparatuses based on the specific address and the management address information that have been stored.

Abstract: A pairing method for determining communication partners among luminaires and wireless interface (IF) devices, including: generating provisional pairing data by assigning provisional addresses to the luminaires and the wireless IF devices indicated on the layout map and by associating the provisional addresses assigned to the wireless IF devices with the provisional addresses assigned to the luminaires in a one-to-many relationship; in a hardware installation phase in which the luminaires and the wireless IF devices are installed in accordance with the layout map, generating final pairing data by associating the provisional addresses in the provisional pairing data with pre-assigned actual addresses; and notifying the luminaires and the wireless IF devices of each of the actual addresses each is associated with in the final pairing data, and causing the luminaires and the wireless IF devices to store, as an actual address of a communication partner, each of the notified actual addresses.

Abstract: A lighting control device that controls the lighting state of a luminaire is provided. The lighting control device includes a storage that stores control information for sequentially changing the lighting state of the luminaire, a detector that detects an operation of a remote controller that remotely operates the lighting state of the luminaire, and a controller that controls the lighting state of the luminaire based on the control information. The control information includes first scene information for a current lighting state and second scene information for a next lighting state. Each time the detector detects an operation of the remote controller, the controller changes the lighting state of the luminaire from the current lighting state to the next lighting state indicated in the second scene information.

Abstract: An operating device includes a display, a detector and a determiner. When the detector detects a designated position, the determiner determines whether or not a position corresponding to the designated position in a first layer is within a display region by first image data. When the position is within the display region, the determiner determines that the display region by the first image data is chosen. When the position is not in the display region, the determiner determines whether or not a position corresponding to the designated position in a second layer is within a display region by second image data. When the position in the second layer is within the display region by the second image data, the determiner determines that the display region by the second image data is chosen.

Abstract: Provided is a lighting system which includes: luminaires; a controller which manages the luminaires; and interfaces which relay communication between the luminaires and the controller, and groups the luminaires into groups. The interface has one or more ports to each of which corresponding one or more of the luminaires are connected. The controller receives a selection of one of a first option for grouping, into a group, one or more sets of luminaires connected respectively to one or more interfaces included in the interfaces or a second option for grouping, into a group, one or more sets of luminaires connected respectively to one or more ports included in the plurality of ports of the interfaces. The controller determines that the grouping is performed according to the one of the first and second options selected in the receiving; and displays information indicating a result of the grouping on a display.
