Abstract:
A screen printer includes: a mask; a paste supply apparatus which supplies paste to the mask contacting a board; and a squeegee. The paste supply apparatus includes: a paste pot which is a disposable and consumable part, and which includes a bottomed cylindrical member which stores the paste, and an inner lid movably inserted into the cylindrical member and having a through hole formed in a center portion of the inner lid; a pot holding portion which holds the paste pot in a posture in which the through hole faces downward; and a paste extruding portion which moves the cylindrical member relative to the inner lid of the paste pot held by the pot holding portion and extrudes the paste from the through hole. The paste pot is disposed of after the paste is used up.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes: a mask plate having a pattern hole formed according to an arrangement of an electrode of a board; a squeegee base that moves along a first horizontal direction above the mask plate; a squeegee that is held by the squeegee base, and prints paste through the pattern hole onto the board abutting on a lower surface of the mask plate by moving together with the squeegee base and sliding on the mask plate in a squeegeeing direction along the first horizontal direction; and a paste supplying portion that moves together with the squeegee base and supplies the paste to the mask plate. The paste supplying portion supplies the paste to the mask plate while the squeegee is sliding on the mask plate.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes a substrate positioning part that upwardly and downwardly moves a substrate with the substrate clamped by a clamp member to thereby bring the substrate into contact with a mask stretched in a frame body and fixed in a predetermined height position from an underside of the mask and position the substrate in a predetermined height position, a mask suction part that is provided in the clamp member and sucks the mask in contact with the substrate, and a screen printing part that prints paste on the substrate through a pattern hole formed in the mask by sliding a squeegee on the mask to which the paste is supplied. The mask is pressed up by a predetermined amount through the substrate with the mask sucked by the mask suction part when the substrate is upwardly moved by the substrate positioning part.
Abstract:
A screen printing machine for forming a print of paste supplied to a mask plate having pattern holes, includes: a flexible filling squeegee which performs a squeegeeing operation in which the filling squeegee is moved relative to the mask plate in a printing direction; and a scraping squeegee which is held to maintain a given interval from the filling squeegee in the printing direction and to be movable together with the filling squeegee in the printing direction, and which scraps off the paste remaining on the mask plate after passage of the filling squeegee. In the squeegeeing operation, the filling squeegee is pushed up and bent by the paste to provide a clearance between a bottom end of the filling squeegee and the mask plate with the paste interposed therebetween so that the pattern holes are filled with paste with a prescribed filling pressure.
