Abstract:
A screen printer includes: a mask; a paste supply apparatus which supplies paste to the mask contacting a board; and a squeegee. The paste supply apparatus includes: a paste pot which is a disposable and consumable part, and which includes a bottomed cylindrical member which stores the paste, and an inner lid movably inserted into the cylindrical member and having a through hole formed in a center portion of the inner lid; a pot holding portion which holds the paste pot in a posture in which the through hole faces downward; and a paste extruding portion which moves the cylindrical member relative to the inner lid of the paste pot held by the pot holding portion and extrudes the paste from the through hole. The paste pot is disposed of after the paste is used up.
Abstract:
System for manufacturing an assembly board includes an undersupporting device, a transporter, an undersupporting-device installer attachable to and detachable from the undersupporting device, a board processor, a carry-in side delivering unit having different first and second receiving positions, a board supplier configured to supply the board to the first receiving position, and an undersupporting-device supplier configured to supply the undersupporting device to the second receiving position. The carry-in side delivering unit delivers, to the transporter, the undersupporting device supplied to the second receiving position. The transporter transports, to a working position, the undersupporting device delivered from the carry-in side delivering unit. The undersupporting-device installer fixes, to the undersupporting-device installer, the undersupporting device transported to the working position. The carry-in side delivering unit delivers, to the transporter, the board supplied to the first receiving position. The transporter transports, to the working position, the board delivered from the carry-in side delivering unit.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes a mask and a printing head. The mask has a first opening provided in a first region, and a second opening provided in a second region which is thicker than the first region. The printing head fills the first opening with a paste in a state where a substrate is in contact with the first region, and fills the second opening with the paste in a state where the substrate is in contact with the second region.
Abstract:
A system for manufacturing an assembly board includes an undersupporting device, a transporter configured to transport a board and the undersupporting device, an undersupporting-device installer provided below the transporter, the undersupporting-device installer being attachable to and detachable from the undersupporting device, a board processor configured to perform a predetermined processing to an upper surface of the board, a carry-in side delivering unit having first and second receiving positions different from each other, a board supplier configured to supply the board to the first receiving position, and an undersupporting-device supplier configured to supply the undersupporting device to the second receiving position. The transporter transports, to the carry-in side delivering unit, the undersupporting device detached from the undersupporting-device installer. The carry-in side delivering unit positions, at the second receiving position, the undersupporting device delivered from the transporter to allow the undersupporting device to be carried out from the second receiving position.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes: a mask plate having a pattern hole formed according to an arrangement of an electrode of a board; a squeegee base that moves along a first horizontal direction above the mask plate; a squeegee that is held by the squeegee base, and prints paste through the pattern hole onto the board abutting on a lower surface of the mask plate by moving together with the squeegee base and sliding on the mask plate in a squeegeeing direction along the first horizontal direction; and a paste supplying portion that moves together with the squeegee base and supplies the paste to the mask plate. The paste supplying portion supplies the paste to the mask plate while the squeegee is sliding on the mask plate.
Abstract:
A component mounting line has a screen printing apparatus and component mounting apparatuses. The screen printing apparatus carries in substrates based on substrate carrying-in order data which is determined so that alternate carrying-in in which a first type substrate and a second type substrate are alternately carried in and continuous carrying-in in which the first type substrate or the second type substrate which has a shorter line tact time is continuously carried in are mixed.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes a print head, a moving base, and a mask cleaner. The print head prints a paste onto a board through the mask. The moving base moves under the mask in a horizontal paste scraping direction. The mask cleaner is mounted to the moving base and moves under the mask integrally with the moving base, and scrapes off the paste adhering to a lower surface of the mask. A base body is mounted to the moving base and includes a longitudinal side being horizontal and intersecting the paste scraping direction. Plurality of blades are detachably mounted to the base body and extending in the longitudinal direction and are arranged side by side in parallel to the paste scraping direction and cause a paste scraping edge protruding upward from the base body to come into abutment against the lower surface of the mask.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus for printing paste on a printed pattern of a print target constituted of a substrate or a plurality of aligned substrates includes a mask having a plurality of opening patterns different in size from one another. The screen printing apparatus images the substrate or one of the aligned substrates constituting the print target, and calculates a level of deformation by expansion and contraction of the print target, based on a result of the imaging. The screen printing apparatus then selects an opening pattern from among the opening patterns, based on the calculated level of deformation by expansion and contraction of the print target, brings the print target into contact with the mask to superimpose the selected opening pattern on the printed pattern, and deposits the paste on the printed pattern.
Abstract:
A screen printing machine includes a printing execution unit which fills a pattern hole of a mask with solder by sliding a squeegee on the mask contacting a board and thereafter separates the board from the mask. The screen printing machine further includes: a library which stores printing conditions, each of which includes operation parameters of the printing execution unit and corresponds to a combination of options of selection items which include aboard type, a solder type, and a squeegee type; an option display unit which displays the options of each selection item in an image display area; and a printing condition setting unit which reads out, from the library, a printing condition corresponding to a combination of selected options, and which sets the read-out printing condition to a printing control unit which operates the printing execution unit.
