    Abstract: A power conversion device includes: circuit boards; at least one engagement member configured to engage a male engagement member with a female engagement member to allow the circuit boards to be electrically connected, the male engagement member being connected to one of the circuit boards and having a substantially flat plate-shaped insertion portion, the female engagement member being connected to another of the circuit boards and having first and second clamping portions disposed to face each other, and the engagement of the engagement members being made by clamping the insertion portion by the clamping portions; a differential amplifier configured to measure a voltage across the engagement member; an arithmetic unit configured to estimate a resistance value of the engagement member based on the measured voltage; and a power conversion circuit controller configured to perform notification on condition that the estimated resistance value exceeds a resistance threshold.

    Abstract: A control circuit of a code modulator sets first to third states to a code modulation circuit. In first state, first and fourth switch circuits are on, and second and third switch circuits are off. In second state, first and fourth switch circuits are off, and second and third switch circuits are on. In third state, all first to fourth switch circuits are on during transition from the first to second state, and vice versa. A control circuit of a code demodulator sets fourth to sixth states to a code demodulation circuit. In fourth state, fifth and eighth switch circuits are off, and sixth and seventh switch circuits are on. In fifth state, fifth and eighth switch circuits are on, and sixth and seventh switch circuits are off. In sixth state, all fifth to eighth switch circuits are on during transition from fourth to fifth state, and vice versa.

    Abstract: A power converter apparatus is provided with: a plurality of leg circuits, each including two switch circuits connected in series between input terminals; a transformer including a primary winding and a secondary winding, the primary winding having a first terminal and a second terminal; and at least one capacitor. The at least one capacitor is connected between the first terminal or the second terminal of the primary winding of the transformer, and a node between the two switch circuits in at least one leg circuit among the plurality of leg circuits. The first terminal of the primary winding of the transformer is connected to at least two nodes between the switch circuits in at least two first leg circuits among the plurality of leg circuits, via at least two first circuit portions having at least one of capacitances and inductances different from each other, respectively.

    Abstract: An electromagnet device moves two moving contacts from one of a closed position or an open position to the other position when an electric current flows through a coil. A regenerative current coming from the coil flows through a regeneration unit when the coil makes a transition from an energized state where the coil is supplied with an electric current from a power supply to a non-energized state where the coil is supplied with no electric current from the power supply. The control unit causes the regenerative current to flow through a load by controlling a switch when the coil makes the transition from the energized state to the non-energized state.
