Abstract: A recording medium enables special playback processing although part of the AV stream recorded therein is transformed. An AV stream, a first EP map, and a second EP map are recorded on the recording medium. In the AV stream, a part of the multiplexed stream including a first video stream and a second video stream is transformed. The first EP map indicates one or more entry points of the first video stream and the second EP map indicates one or more entry points of the second video stream. TS packets constituting I-pictures of the first video stream are indicated by every 4N-th entry point in the first EP map, and TS packets constituting I-pictures of the second video stream are indicated by the entry points whose presentation time is closest to the presentation time of any one of the every 4N-th entry point in the first EP map.

Abstract: An air-conditioning control method includes: acquiring a first sensor value measured by a first sensor device provided at a different position within an identical space to a second sensor device at a first frequency; acquiring a second sensor value measured by the second sensor device at a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is higher than the first frequency; generating a first sensor predicted value from the second sensor value based on a correlation between the first sensor value and the second sensor value in a period in which the second sensor value is acquired and the first sensor value is not acquired; and determining an operation of an air-conditioning apparatus based on the first sensor predicted value.

Abstract: A cloud server includes an environment history DB storing in-room temperature history information representing a history of an in-room temperature change in a living room whose temperature is adjusted by an air-conditioner in relation to operation history information representing an operation history of the air-conditioner, an in-room environment predictor that predicts, as a predicted off-state in-room temperature, a future in-room temperature of the living room based on the in-room temperature history information and the operation history information for a case where the temperature is not adjusted by the air-conditioning apparatus, and an air conditioning setting unit that determines, based on the predicted off-state in-room temperature, a control parameter of the air-conditioner used to control the in-room temperature so as to reach a target temperature at a target time.
