In the event of sudden heat generation in the circuit breaker (14) a majority of the resulting heat can be discharged quickly to the heat accumulator (16) such that the circuit breaker (14) can be smaller in size and the power circuit (10) enables use of a higher-ohm circuit breaker (14).
