    摘要: A user may receive an alert notification message on a mobile device for any high risk transaction along with a set of recent transactions conducted on an account associated with the user. The user may be able to respond back by either accepting or rejecting the transaction using an application on the mobile device. In one embodiment, for a rejected transaction, a plurality of options may be presented to the user's mobile device for the user to select a reason for rejecting a transaction. An issuer associated with the payment account used for the transaction may receive the user's response and accordingly take appropriate actions on the account.

    摘要: A system, method, and computer-readable storage medium configured to import fraud prevention rules from an issuer and implement them in real-time at a payment processor. Usually, a card issuing bank either approves or declines financial transaction; however, in embodiments of the present invention, the issuing bank creates fraud prevention rules, and the payment processor implements the created rules. A payment processor apparatus comprises a network interface, and a verification engine. The verification engine includes a transaction driver, and a real time decisioning processor. The network interface is configured to receive a fraud prevention rule from a payment card issuing bank, and to receive a proposed financial transaction from an acquiring bank. The transaction driver receives the fraud prevention rule. The real time decisioning processor compares the proposed financial transaction from the acquirer and the fraud prevention rule to determine whether the proposed financial transaction should be declined.

    摘要: System and method for providing end to end interactive mobile applications are described. The present invention provides a complete solution for implementing and distributing interactive mobile applications via short message service. The instant invention is a new process for developing, managing, transmitting and rendering mobile interactive applications through short messaging service. The mobile interactive application is developed using web based interactive development environment. Once the application is developed, the application is delivered to large number of mobile stations through SMS channel by an application provider. The received application on the mobile station is rendered and executed, and the user is able to interact with the application. Further, the user can also send the response to the application provider resulting in a two way communication.

The deadband is varied such that it does not impact human comfort significantly. The deadband is kept narrow (at its current normal value) during peak heating/cooling period, while it is made wider during periods of non-occupancy, shoulder months with low heating/cooling requirements, and set-back periods. The variation of deadband can be based on an internal clock/calender, an outdoor temperature sensor or a combination of both. The apparatus may be an electronic thermostat which may be programmable.

    摘要: A multipurpose computing device includes a solver receiving a working matrix and an initial matrix corresponding to a system of equations and residual data; and an adapter receiving the initial matrix as well as a filtering matrix and calculates a working matrix corresponding to an equation system solved by the solver. The working matrix checks a stability condition with the initial matrix, comprising a comparison of two matrix products including the filtering matrix or the transpose thereof, and the initial matrix and the working matrix, respectively. The adapter renumbers the initial matrix and the filtering matrix in order to produce a modified matrix and a modified filtering matrix using an ordering rule that is a function of a dependency condition, and recursively calculates the working matrix representation with these matrices. The solver works recursively on the working matrix to provide a solution without inverting the initial matrix.
