    摘要: The invention relates to novel cyclic siloxane compounds of the following general formula (I): in which: n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 preferably 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; A=H or C1-C15 alk(en)yl, C3-C15 cycloalk(en)yl, C6-C12 aryl, C8-C18 alkaryl, where, in the said radicals, in each case one or more C atoms can be replaced by O, C═O, O(C═O), SiR2 and/or NR, R being an aliphatic radical with 1 to 7 C atoms, in which one or more C atoms can be replaced by O, C═O, and/or O(C═O); B=E or a linear, branched or polycyclic aliphatic- or aromatic-groups-containing hydrocarbon radical which links 2 to 10 of the cyclosiloxane radicals defined above, less B, to one another and contains 2 to 50 C atoms and additionally 0 to 30 other atoms from the group O, N, S, P, Si, Cl, F, Br, I and from which correspondingly 1 to 9, preferably 1 to 4 of the above defined cyclosiloxane radicals, less B, are pending; E=A or a polymerizable group G—Q—L, where on average up to 50% or less of the groups E correspond to representatives of A; G=C1-10 alk(en)ylene; Q=O, N—A or a di- or polyvalent linear, branched or cyclic alcohol, amine or aminoalcohol radical with 2 to 10 C atoms; L=an organic radical, containing a C═C double bond, with 2 to 10 C atoms; and with the proviso that no annelated siloxane ring systems can occur in (I), and also dental compositions which contain the compounds of formula (I) and/or compounds of formula (II): in which: T=independently of each other H or C1-C10 alk(en)yl, C3-C10 cycloalk(en)yl, C6-C12 aryl or C8-C8 alkaryl; N=a polymerizable group R1—R2—R3; b=0 to 500, where the proportion b may be at most 50% of the repeat units (b+c); c=1 to 1000; R1=C1-C10 alk(en)ylene; R2=O, N—T or a di- or polyvalent linear, branched or cyclic alcohol, amine or aminoalcohol radical with 2 to 10 C atoms; R3=an organic radical, containing a C═C double bond, with 3 to 10 C atoms; V=SiMe2T, SiEt2T, SiMePhT, SiPh2T.

    摘要: The invention provides processes for making low viscosity condensates, condensates per se, and processes for making polymers from these condensates. The invention also encompasses the polymer products of these processes, especially articles for dental use. The condensates per se of the invention are of hydrolyzable silanes. The condensates can contain one or more elements selected from the group consisting of B, AI, P, Sn, Pb, the transition metals, the lanthanides and the actinides. Processes of the invention for making polymers from the condensates optionally include use of compounds that can be polymerized ionically or by radical reactions in addition to the hydrolyzable silanes. Curing of the polymers is optionally performed by photochemical, thermal or by redox-induction methods.

    摘要: There are provided formable compositions which comprise:(A) 25 to 80% by weight of a glass ionomer cement, containing (a) an aluminum fluorosilicate glass, (b) at least one polymeric polyacid with an average molecular weight >500, (c) water and (d) optionally a chelating agent;(B) and 20 to 75% by weight of a fluoride and/or oxide and/or mixed fluoride and/or mixed oxide of heavy metal elements which are essentially insoluble at ambient temperatures in an aqueous solution containing the polymeric polyacid and/or an aqueous solution containing the chelating agent.The compositions are especially well suited as filling materials for dental root canals.

    摘要: A polyether-impression material comprising components(a) a polyether, which has at least two optionally substituted vinyl- and/or allyl-end groups,(b) an SiH component,(c) a platinum catalyst, and optionally(d) the usual additivescharacterized in that the SiH-component (b) can be obtained by the reaction of at least a bi- functional, or polyfunctional, e.g., trifunctional, allyl- or vinyl-hydrocarbon compound, the hydrocarbon radical of which, without taking account of the allyl- or vinyl-groups and the optionally present alkylene ether groups, has 6 to 30 C-atom and contains at least one aromatically unsaturated, heterocyclic, or cycloaliphatic ring, with at least one mole per vinyl- or allyl-group of at least a bifunctional, or polyfunctional, e.g., trifunctional, SiH compound of the formula: ##STR1## in which e=0 to 8,g=0 to 8,h=0 to 4 andR.sup.4 and R.sup.10 are the same or different, and are each H, methyl or ethyl, with the proviso that at least 1 and at the most 5 of R.sup.4 to R.sup.10 are H, wherein g and h cannot simultaneously be O, and wherein at least the components (b) and (c) lie spatially separated from each other.
