摘要： The present invention is a mobile structure that is stowable and releasably securable to a wall or other rigid body to maximize floor space. The mobile structure preferably comprises a frame defining upper and lower ends, a work surface or pair of cabinets located on the frame and movable between deployed and stowed positions, and a plurality of legs located at the lower end of the frame. Each leg preferably terminates at a wheel or caster to enable the rolling transport of the mobile structure across a floor or other surface. To facilitate the stowable, compact capabilities of the mobile structure, at least one leg of the plurality is movable between deployed and stowed positions. An interlock assembly is also preferably located on the frame and operable to releasably secure the structure to a rigid body in a predetermined location.

The side wall comprises a number of individual panels that are independently movable along a track secured to the ground. The panels are selectively collapsible such that they may travel along the track and overlap one another when in a collapsed or stowed position. The structure may be configured in any number of intermediate positions wherein the panels are partially collapsed. Roof panels may be attached to the side walls for movement therewith, or alternatively, the roof panels may operate independent of the side walls to extend and retract between an open and collapsed configuration.

摘要： Apparatus and methodology ensure reliable electricity meter data recordation and maintenance during ongoing operation and any power failure. During normal operations, data committed to memory is immediately read to determine write success. Upon detection of any power failure while monitoring operating power, a reset procedure is entered that ensures provision of reliable initialization data upon restart of the metering operation. Power failure detection may be based on decreases in a voltage associated with the meter metrology board or of a storage capacitor, while clearance for normal mode (i.e., after a power failure) depends on both such voltages passing testing for minimum values. Such combined approach provides a hysteresis effect, for less sensitivity to noise and some adverse AC line conditions. So-called dynamic data (energy flow and amount) is collected for storage by monitoring an interface between the metrology components of the meter and a meter register.

摘要： A method for preparing a liquid flow having pre-defined characteristics by mixing liquid flows of at least two different component stock solutions with each other comprises the steps of determining a selected property value for one or more of the stock solutions by sensing, in a flow of each stock solution separately, at least one characteristic related to the property value for the stock solution, and based on the determined property value or values, mixing the stock solution flows in mixing ratios giving the desired mixed liquid flow. A system for carrying out the method comprises sensor means and a control unit, wherein the control unit is arranged to evaluate the characteristics sensed by the sensor means and provide relative ratios of stock solutions required to obtain a mixed liquid flow having the pre-defined characteristics.
