    摘要: A heat exchanger, particularly an exhaust gas heat exchanger, for transferring heat in two stages between a first fluid and a second and third fluid that have different temperatures is provided. The heat exchanger comprises a block for separately conducting the first as well as the second and third fluid in a heat transferring manner. The block encompasses a number of ducts through which the first fluid can flow, a first chamber of a high-temperature part, through which the second fluid can flow and which accommodates the ducts, a second chamber of a low-temperature part, through which the third fluid flows and which accommodates the ducts, and a housing in which the first and second chamber as well as the ducts are arranged. Thus, a two-stage heat exchanger is provided at a low cost and keeps leakage between the high-temperature part and the low-temperature part low. Whereby the first chamber and the second chamber are separated from one another by means of a separation area that is mounted in a groove.

    摘要: A flow channel for a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a first fluid and a second fluid. The flow channel comprises a channel cover provided with a space surrounded by an inner side of the channel cover; a plurality of partitions that are arranged on the inner side of the channel cover in the space. The flow channel having, perpendicular to a flow channel axis, a cross-section that can be traversed and embodied for guiding the first fluid in the inner chamber. Thereby an improved transfer of heat is ensured with a more acceptable drop of pressure and a reduced risk of blocking. As a result, a hydraulic diameter in the region of between 1.5 mm and 6 mm, defined as the quadruple of the ratio between the surface of the cross-section that is traversed and the perimeter that can be moistened by the fluid. The invention also relates to a heat exchanger comprising a block having a plurality of flow channels of said type, through which the first fluid flows and fluidically connected by a fluid connection. The invention further relates to a charge-air system, an exhaust gas recycling system and to a use of the heat exchanger.
