    摘要: Organosilicon compounds bearing silicon-bonded organyloxy groups are prepared by mixing and reacting silanol-functional organosilicon compounds with organosilicon compounds containing at least two organyloxy groups in a mixer with an energy input of at least 0.2 kW/Kg of mixture. At this level of energy input, reaction to form the organyloxy-functional product is rapid, and can be achieved without supplying external heat, and also without catalysts, if desired.

    摘要: Aqueous dispersions of organopolysiloxanes are prepared by (a) reacting organopolysiloxanes having condensable groups with silanes: (R3O)3SiCR22—Y   (II) or their hydrolyzates, where R2 is hydrogen or a monovalent C1-4 alkyl radical, R3 is a C1-8 alkyl radical, and Y is —CH2NHR4, —CH2NR42 or in the presence of water and emulsifier, (b) adding an aqueous silica dispersion, optionally mixed with a silane of the formula (II), (c) optionally adding an adhesion promoter, and (d) optionally adding of further materials which do not take part in reaction (a), with the proviso that no metal-containing catalysts are used and that the organopolysiloxanes and silanes are used in such amounts that the organopolysiloxanes form elastomeric films insoluble in toluene on removal of water.
