摘要: A device for the percutaneous administration of a medicament for treating male impotence comprises two reservoirs (1,2) hydratable with a medicament solution and intended to be applied to the skin of the penis. The reservoirs are mounted on substantially cylindrical bracelet-shaped means (8) with an elastically expansible diameter to support and press the reservoirs (1,2) against said skin during the treatment. The device includes a sensor which is fixed on the bracelet and is sensitive to the expansion of the bracelet in order to deliver a signal to the user.

摘要: The device comprises a reservoir (3) containing an active principle in ionized form, first (1) and second (2) electrodes in contact with a face of the reservoir (3) and the skin (6) of the patient, respectively, the other face of the reservoir being applied to the skin (6) of the patient and means (5) for circulating selectively an electric current between said electrodes in order to help the passage of a flow of active principle under the patient's skin. The device further comprises a) a control grid (11) arranged on the face of the reservoir (3) which is intended to be applied to the skin (6) of the patient and b) control means (10), (9), (13) for cutting off the assistance current during a predetermined period of time and to circulate a reverse current between the grid (11) and the first electrode (1) which is intended to cancel substantially the passive flow of ions of the active principle which would otherwise pass under the patient's skin.

摘要: The invention concerns a device comprising a dressing provided with a layer (8) for absorbing the wound exudates and electric supply means (9) to circulate a current in said wound, through the dressing. The invention is characterized in that said layer (8) consists of a dry hydrophile substantially non-conductive layer at the time it is applied on the wound, the subsequent migration of the exudates into the thickness of said layer (8) controlling the activation of said electric supply means (9), concomitantly with the continuation of the process of exudate absorption by said layer (8).

摘要: The subject matter of the present invention is a system for measuring interface pressure exerted on the skin, that is in particular of use in compression therapy, characterized in that it comprises:—a supporting member bearing sensors, including at least two pressure sensors spaced out on the supporting member in order to make it possible to measure the pressure exerted at two predetermined positions;—an electronic system connected to the sensors and capable of acquiring the values simultaneously measured by these sensors; and in that each pressure sensor comprises a transducer element, which is preferably substantially flat, said transducer element having a surface intended to come into contact with the skin in the operating position, either directly or by means of a layer of a material covering said surface of the transducer, the elastic modulus of compression of said transducer or of said intermediate layer, measured at the surface intended to come into contact with the skin, being between 30 and 500 kPa, preferably between 80 and 400 kPa and more preferably between 200 and 400 kPa. Use: compression therapy.
