A system for automated integration of events, configured for use in a building with a network system, includes a plurality of surveillance systems, a processing center connected to the surveillance systems through the network system and a user device connected to the processing center through the network system. The surveillance systems are adapted to monitor various kinds of irregular events occurring in the building and the surroundings thereof and output corresponding event messages through the network system. The processing center receives the event messages in a preset receiving mode and further classifies and analyzes the event messages. The user device allows users to input filtering conditions and enables the processing center to integrate the classified and analyzed event messages according to the input filtering conditions so as to generate composite filtered messages to be displayed on the user device, thereby achieving efficient acquisition and integration of the event messages.

Proposed is a performance detection method for use in detection of performance characteristics of air conditioning equipment. The method includes, for the standard operational status for the air conditioning equipment, capturing a plurality of standard operational parameters to generate performance models; and, during the actual operational status, capturing a plurality of actual operational parameters for conducting analysis based on performance models so as to determine the performance characteristics of the air conditioning equipment and send out a warning when the performance characteristics of the air conditioning equipment are determined to be abnormal. The invention improves on the detection accuracy of prior techniques and enables effective control of air conditioning equipment that eventually saves electrical power and costs as a result.

A method for controlling freezing capacity of a variable-frequency freezing AC ice-water system separates the freezing capacity of each individual requirement end so as to reduce sudden or peak concentrating freezing demand and relieve variable-frequency load demand, and defines operating procedures corresponding to different requirement ends, respectively, wherein each of the operating procedures has a corresponding high-low temperature range that can be used as a temperature buffer zone so as to redistribute supply of the freezing capacity to each requirement end, thereby allowing the compressors thereof to operate smoothly and thus achieve energy saving as a result. The drawbacks of damaged pipelines are overcome that cause deficiency in freezing capacity as encountered in prior techniques.
