Abstract: System and methods include obtaining data, over the Internet, associated with a plurality of Wi-Fi networks each Wi-Fi network having one or more access points and each Wi-Fi network being associated with a customer of one or more service providers; aggregating and filtering the data; analyzing the aggregated and filtered data for a condition of each of the plurality of Wi-Fi networks; determining one or more resolutions for the condition of a Wi-Fi network of the plurality of Wi-Fi networks; and initiating a customer outreach workflow to provide the one or more resolutions to the customer associated with the Wi-Fi network.

Abstract: Systems and methods include obtaining measurements from a Wi-Fi network that includes i) a plurality of access points interconnected to one another and at least one connected to a gateway, and ii) a plurality of Wi-Fi client devices that each connect to an access point of the plurality of access points; learning usage patterns in the Wi-Fi network through analysis with one or more machine learning algorithms; and providing a configuration to the Wi-Fi network based on the learned usage pattern where the configuration includes a topology of the plurality of access points.

Abstract: System and methods for managing a Wi-Fi network of a plurality of Wi-Fi networks from a cloud-based Network Operations Control (NOC) dashboard include, subsequent to creating an account for a user of the Wi-Fi network, receiving data associated with the Wi-Fi network from the one or more access points; providing a display associated with the Wi-Fi network based on the data, wherein the display comprises a network topology and one or more tabs providing information related to operation of the Wi-Fi network; updating the display based on one or more inputs received, wherein the updating updates one or more of the network topology and the one or more tabs; and performing one or more operations via the NOC dashboard to one of manage, control, and troubleshoot the Wi-Fi network.

The systems and methods can include providing the display in real-time or near real-time to troubleshoot or debug operations of the Wi-Fi network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for visualization and troubleshooting of a distributed Wi-Fi network, implemented through one of a mobile application and a web page, include, responsive to obtaining data from the distributed Wi-Fi network, providing a map of the distributed Wi-Fi network based on the obtained data, wherein the map includes a first icon designating a gateway node, one or more second icons each designating one or more nodes, and connectors between the gateway node, wherein the gateway node and the one or more nodes are in a tree topology; providing a visualization in the map based on a current operational status of the distributed Wi-Fi network from the obtained data, wherein the visualization comprises a plurality of visual indicators of the current operational status; and providing notifications based on the current operational status.
