摘要: Provided a full-automatic wheel hub 3D scanning system for intelligent production line of automotive wheel hubs, comprising: a base plate is provided with an X-directional displacement control device and a Y-directional displacement control device; a roller-table assembly is arranged on the base plate and comprises a roller table, wherein the roller table is provided with an opposite-type photoelectric sensors and a wheel hub centring positioning device for centring positioning a wheel hub; a 3D scanning device, comprising a mounting bracket, wherein the bottom of the mounting bracket is controlled by the Y-directional displacement control device; a 3D scanner is mounted on the mounting bracket; a wheel hub scanning platform is arranged at an end of the roller-table assembly and is controlled by the X-directional displacement control device; and a robot is arranged on a first side of the wheel hub scanning platform, for conveying the wheel hubs after 3D scanning.

Seamless involvement of moving support from the blank transmission to the processing output process is achieved, the processing efficiency is improved, and the position of the moving support in the transportation process is definite.

摘要: The present invention discloses a positioning system with an adjustable clamping force and a milling equipment for a rail transit honeycomb workpiece. The positioning system includes: a positioning apparatus, including a positioning table to support a workpiece; and a clamping apparatus, including a turntable, where the turntable is fixedly disposed on a periphery of the positioning table, a top of the turntable is connected to a mechanical arm, a pressure plate is disposed at an end of the mechanical arm, and the pressure plate is capable of cooperating with the positioning table to clamp the workpiece, where there are a plurality of clamping apparatuses, working regions of adjacent clamping apparatuses have an intersection, and working regions of all the clamping apparatuses are capable of covering a machining surface of the workpiece; and when machining is performed in an intersection region, a clamping apparatus corresponding to the region clamps the workpiece, and when machining is performed in a non-intersection region, a clamping apparatus corresponding to the region dodges, and an adjacent clamping apparatus clamps the workpiece.

摘要: A system for machining and positioning an automobile hub and a production line for intelligent cleaning and precision, including upper and lower mounting plates connected vertically. At least three U-shaped blocks are fixed on a top surface of the upper plate. An L-shaped support is mounted between every two blocks, including a screw-equipped ball head disposed thereon. The support is driven by a first driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate. A slidable chuck is disposed in each block, with a push rod assembly connected to the bottom. The assembly is driven by a second driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate with the chuck. Three wedges are circumferentially fixed on a top surface of the lower plate and are driven by a third driving apparatus to move along the lower plate. Inclined surfaces of the wedges are mated with bottoms of the push rod assemblies.
