Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determining a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission characteristic, wherein the PUCCH transmission characteristic is a quantity of PUCCH transmissions in a sub-slot or a format of a set of PUCCH transmissions in the sub-slot, and wherein the wireless communication device supports at least one sub-slot hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK) codebook; and reporting information identifying the PUCCH characteristic for a plurality of types of symbol codebooks. Abstract: Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide reporting of multiple feedbacks for a same transport block (TB) or a same code block group (CBG) of a signal, such as a physical downlink shared channel. Thus, in case of a failure to decode a signal via a first set of antennas, a user equipment (UE) can perform a second decoding attempt via a second set of antennas (before or after transmitting first feedback). The UE may report a result of the first decoding attempt in a first feedback, and may report a result of the second decoding attempt in a second feedback. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein also provide soft feedback (e.g., information other than a binary acknowledgment (ACK) or negative ACK (NACK)) for a transmission, such as information indicating whether a second attempt to decode the transmission is likely to be successful.

In some implementations, a wireless communication device (e.g., user equipment), may detect a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a secondary cell (Scell) dormancy indication field. The user equipment can change states from an initial state to another state (e.g., a dormancy-like state to a non-dormancy like state) based on detecting Scell indicator field in the PDCCH. The user equipment may also transmit a hybrid-ARQ acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) in response to the detecting the PDCCH with the Scell dormancy indication field. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a grant scheduling a first higher priority channel that has a higher priority than each channel of multiple lower priority channels scheduled for the UE. The UE may drop a first lower priority channel of the multiple lower priority channels that at least partially overlaps in time with the first higher priority channel based on determining that the grant is received prior to a multiplexing deadline for the multiple lower priority channels. The UE may then transmit or receive a first transmission using the first higher priority channel and a second transmission using a second lower priority channel of the multiple lower priority channels based on the dropping.

Abstract: A UE may identify slots to transmit and/or receive information related to one or more HARQ processes in frame structure that includes both sub-band full duplex slot types and time division duplex slot types. Based on a first slot used for control information, a UE can identify a second slot for PUSCH or PDSCH communication based on an offset between the first slot and the second determined by calculating slot offsets (e.g., based on parameters received from a base station). In some aspects, a UE may exclude certain slot duplex types (e.g., SBFD or TDD) when calculating slot offsets. In some aspects, a UE may calculate slot offsets differently for different HARQ processes corresponding to one frame. In some aspects, slot offset behaviors may be based on priority of information associated with a HARQ process.
