Abstract: The user equipment (UE) of an antenna orientation detection system may receive a first set of beacon signals via an antenna at the UE. Each of the first set of beacon signals may be associated with a corresponding indication of an expected beacon location. The UE may calculate an orientation of the antenna based on the first set of beacon signals. The UE may change at least one of a position, the orientation, or a direction of the antenna and receive a second set of beacon signals. The UE may calculate at least one of a set of interfering condition parameters, a set of spoofing condition parameters, or a set of non-line-of-sight (NLOS) condition parameters based on the first set of beacon signals and the second set of beacon signals.

Abstract: In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives a spoofing alert message from either a server or an internet-of-things (IOT) device that indicates whether a spoofed Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) condition is present. Based on determining that the spoofing alert message indicates that a spoofed GNSS condition is present, the UE determines, based on the spoofing alert message, a location of a spoofer broadcasting a spoofed GNSS signal, determines, based on the location of the spoofer and a current location of the UE, that the UE is within a receiving area of the spoofed GNSS signal, and determines a position of the UE without using the spoofed GNSS signal.

Abstract: A Precise Point Positioning (PPP) system is disclosed in which one or more Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals are obtained by a mobile device. The mobile device can obtain position information based on one or more position sources, where the position information is indicative of a location of the mobile device. One or more PPP positions of the mobile device can be determined based on the position information and the one or more GNSS signals, where a position uncertainty of the position information meets or is below an uncertainty threshold. A determination of whether at least one PPP position meets or is below one or more convergence thresholds can be made. In response to determining that at least one PPP position meets or is below the one or more convergence thresholds, the at least one PPP position can be provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a satellite vehicle (SV), a signal of a first frequency band, estimate a first ionospheric delay residual error based on the signal of the first frequency band, calculate a first pseudorange measurement and a first carrier phase measurement based on the first ionospheric delay residual error, and estimate a position using the first pseudorange measurement and the first carrier phase measurement. In some aspects, the ionospheric delay residual error is estimated via a Klobuchar equation. In some aspects, the position is estimated using ultra-long baseline real-time kinematics (RTK) positioning.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to verify the integrity of map data, thereby improving the accuracy and safety of map-aiding positioning and/or map-based positioning. In one aspect, a UE performs a map-aiding positioning based on a first set of map data. The UE verifies whether an integrity of the first set of map data meets an accuracy threshold. The UE discards the first set of map data if the verification of the integrity of the first set of map data does not meet the accuracy threshold. For example, the UE may compare the first set of map data with a second set of map data from a different source, and identify the integrity of the first set of map data does not meet the accuracy threshold if the comparison shows an indication of inconsistency above a consistency threshold.

Abstract: An Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and/or Differential GNSS (DGNSS) system is disclosed in which correction data from a plurality of reference stations is provided to the mobile device. A selection of reference stations (from which correction data is provided to the mobile device) can be made based on factors such as the approximate location of the mobile device, geometry of the reference stations, and/or other factors. The mobile device can combine the correction data from the plurality of reference stations in different ways to determine an accurate position fix for the mobile device, without interpolating correction data from the plurality of reference stations.
