摘要: A medical flow sensor module assembly is part of an installation for patient monitoring and/or patient care. A single-use sensor module has a channel body with a flow channel A flow sensor is used to measure a fluid flow through the flow channel A flow sensor interface is in signal connection with the flow sensor. A reusable housing module of the module assembly serves to accommodate the sensor module. The housing module has at least one electronics unit and an electronics unit interface via which the electronics unit is in signal connection with the flow sensor interface. The housing module has at least two housing sections which enclose the sensor module in a form-fitting manner. This results in an assembly that can be used cost-efficiently.

摘要: A monitoring connector for a patient ventilation system serves for connecting to a breathing air tube portion for conducting ventilation air to a patient and for connecting the breathing air tube portion to a patient air interface. The connector has a control/regulation unit and at least one sensor for capturing a breathing air parameter which is in signal communication with the control/regulation unit. According to one aspect, the connector has a signal data memory for at least temporarily storing signal data. According to a further aspect, the sensor is configured as to measure the breathing air parameter in contact with the breathing air. According to one further aspect, the sensor is configured as to measure the breathing air parameter without contact. According to another aspect, the control/regulation unit has a plurality of signal transmission interfaces. This results in a connector which can be used flexibly and adapted to the respective requirements.

摘要: In order to manufacture an assembly consisting of a plastic tube portion having at least one tube-wire insert and a terminal connector, an electrical conducting component group is first prefabricated. Conducting components of the conducting component group provide an electrical connection with the at least one tube-wire insert, in the assembled state. A conducting component configuration is separated from the prefabricated conducting component group. The conducting component configuration is electrically contacted with the at least one tube-wire insert. The terminal connector is connected to the plastic tube portion. This results in an assembly manufacturing method which is suitable for mass production. The conducting component group is part of a multi-lead frame which has a plurality of different, selectable conducting component configurations that can be specified by selecting appropriate conducting components depending on the electrical contacting requirements.

摘要: For the production of an assembly for a patient ventilation system, at least one conducting connection is first prepared between contact pins of a component receptacle of a connector for the insertion of at least one electronic component and sheath wires which are guided along a tube sheath of a breathing air tube portion of the assembly. This prepared conducting connection is overmolded to form an inner conduction carrier housing sleeve of the connector. The conducting connection is connected to the sheath wires and the inner conduction carrier housing sleeve is overmolded to form an outer connector housing of the connector in which the component receptacle is implemented. This results in an assembly manufacturing process that is suitable for mass production.

摘要: An assembly for a patient ventilation system has a respiratory air hose section for guiding ventilation air from a ventilation source to a patient. A connector, connected to the respiratory air hose section, is used to connect the respiratory air hose section to a further component of the patient ventilation system guiding ventilation air. An air guiding connector component of the connector forms an integral component with the respiratory air hose section. The connector has a sensor receptacle for inserting a temperature sensor into the air guiding connector component. The temperature sensor is used to measure a temperature of the ventilation air. A temperature sensor device to be plugged into the sensor receptacle of the assembly has a support body, the temperature sensor protruding beyond the support body, and a handle section to grasp a section of the support body facing away from the temperature sensor.
