摘要:
The invention describes a method for producing a plate heat exchanger 1. Wavy profiled sheets 9 and separating sheets 10, together with sidebars 11, are stacked one above the other, provided with solder and soldered together in such a way that a block 2 is obtained. The block is closed off outwardly by means of the cover sheets 12. The contours of the intermediate pieces 3 are milled out at the respective positions 4 on the block 2 thus obtained. In a refinement of the invention, frames are used as intermediate pieces 3. The frames 3 are positioned in the milled-out portions at the positions 4, provided with solder and tacked on by means of spot welding. Subsequently, in a second step, the frames 3 are soldered onto the heat exchanger block 2. The headers 5a and 5b are in each case welded onto the frames 3.

摘要:
The invention describes a plate heat exchanger and a method for producing a plate heat exchanger. The plate heat exchanger consists of a multiplicity of passages 1a, 1b which are arranged in stack form and which are separated from one another by separating sheets 2. The passages 1a and 1b in this case consist of a multiplicity of hollow profiles 5 arranged next to one another.
摘要:
Plate heat exchanger for indirect heat exchange between at least two liquid and/or gaseous media with an essentially parallelepiped-shaped base (8), means for feeding and removing the media (headers 6, 6a, 7), and a number of passages (14), arranged essentially like stacks, for indirect heat exchange between media that respectively flow into adjacent passages (14), whereby the passages are formed by partitions (1, 22) that are spaced some distance apart, whereby the partitions are spaced some distance apart by end strips (4a, 4b), the passages have a corrugated profile (fins, 2), which is in heat-conductive contact with the partitions (1, 22) at its wave peaks and wave troughs, and the stack is closed off by a cover plate (5, 21), characterized in that the ratio between the width of the partition (B) and the repetition interval of the same characteristic of the corrugated profile as, for example, the repetition interval of two wave peaks (wavelength, LP) has a value in the range of between 15 and 80.

The invention relates to a plate heat exchanger with a heat exchanger block which has a multiplicity of heat exchange passages. The heat exchanger block has mounted on it a header which extends over at least part of one side of the heat exchanger block and makes a flow connection between part of the heat exchange passages. The header is provided with a fluid connection which is arranged essentially perpendicularly to that side of the heat exchanger block over which the header extends.

A plate heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger block having a plurality of heat exchange passages. On the heat exchanger block, a header is mounted that extends over at least one part of one side of the heat exchanger block and establishes a flow connection between part of the heat exchange passages. The plate heat exchanger is provided with a fluid connection, which is formed by the header-side end of a pipeline. The fluid connection is essentially perpendicular to the side of the heat exchanger block over which the header extends. Within the pipeline directly in front of its end, there is a flow guide.

The invention relates to a method for producing a plate heat exchanger from a plurality of heat exchanger blocks (1a, 1b). Each heat exchanger block (1a, 1b) has mounted on it a header (6a, 7a, 6b, 7b) which extends over at least part of one side of the heat exchanger block (1a, 1b). The heat exchanger blocks (1a, 1b) are arranged next to one another, and the headers (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) of two adjacent heat exchanger blocks (1a, 1b) are provided on their mutually confronting sides with orifices and are connected to one another in such a way that a flow connection occurs between the two headers (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b).
摘要:
An austenitic, paramagnetic and corrosion-resistant material, particularly in media with high chloride concentrations, the material having high strength, yield strength, and ductility, including carbon, silicon, chromium, manganese, nitrogen, and optionally, nickel, molybdenum, copper, boron, and carbide-forming elements. The material is preferably substantially completely austenitic. A process utilizing alloying technology that includes a deformation and synergistically results in production of a ferrite-free material that is reliably paramagnetic, is corrosion-resistant, and has high yield strength, strength, and ductility. The material can be very beneficially used, for example, in connection with oil field technology, such as for bore rods and drilling string components as well as for precision-forged components, and for high strength attachment and connection elements.
