摘要: A patient interface including a positioning and stabilizing structure that is configured to maintain a first seal-forming structure and a second seal-forming structure in a therapeutically effective position. The positioning and stabilizing structure comprises a frame coupled to the plenum chamber. The frame includes a central portion coupled to the plenum chamber outside of the cavity. The frame also includes a pair of arms that extend away from the central portion in a posterior direction past the second seal-forming structure. The pair of arms are more flexible than the central portion. The positioning and stabilizing structure also includes headgear straps coupled to the frame, which configured to provide a tensile force to the first seal-forming structure and to the second seal-forming structure into the patient's face via the frame.

摘要: Aspects of the present technology comprise a positioning and stabilising structure to hold a seal-forming structure in a therapeutically effective position on a head of a patient. The seal-forming structure may be constructed and arranged to form a seal with a region of the patient's face surrounding an entrance to the patient's airways for sealed delivery of a flow of air at a therapeutic pressure of at least 4 cmH2O with respect to ambient air pressure throughout the patient's respiratory cycle in use. The positioning and stabilising structure may comprise at least one gas delivery tube to deliver the flow of air to the entrance of a patient's airways via the seal-forming structure. The positioning and stabilising structure may comprise an adjustment mechanism for adjustment of a length of the at least one gas delivery tube to enable the positioning and stabilising structure to fit different size heads.

The textile tube includes an inner and outer layer that are joined along seams to form an air chamber or passageway. The textile tube can be pre-shaped so that the textile tube resiliently returns to a pre-determined shape prior to the introduction of pressurized air.

摘要: A positioning and stabilising structure comprising at least one gas delivery tube to receive the flow of air from a connection port on top of the patient's head and to deliver the flow of air to the entrance of the patient's airways via the seal-forming structure, the at least one gas delivery tube comprising a tube wall having an extendable concertina structure comprising a plurality of folds in the tube wall alternatingly forming a plurality of ridges and a plurality of grooves, the folds able to be at least partially unfolded to increase a separation of the ridges to elongate the extendable concertina structure; and one or more ridge connecting portions provided to the tube wall, each of the one or more ridge connecting portions connecting two or more adjacent ridges of the plurality of ridges and being configured to resist the separation of the ridges.
