摘要: A respiratory mask includes a mask frame and a soft mask pad. The mask frame includes a ring-shaped base which is disposed at the front end of the mask pad, and a pair of wing portions which are connected to two opposite sides of the ring-shaped base and each of which is formed with a free end face. 摘要: A system for providing ventilation support to a patient may include a ventilator, a control unit, a gas delivery circuit with a proximal end in fluid communication with the ventilator and a distal end in fluid communication with a nasal interface, and a nasal interface. The nasal interface may include at least one jet nozzle at the distal end of the gas delivery circuit; and at least one spontaneous respiration sensor for detecting respiration in communication with the control unit. The system may be open to ambient. The control unit may receive signals from the at least one spontaneous respiration sensor and determine gas delivery requirements. The ventilator may deliver gas at a velocity to entrain ambient air and increase lung volume or lung pressure above spontaneously breathing levels to assist in work of breathing, and deliver ventilation gas in a cyclical delivery pattern synchronized with a spontaneous breathing pattern.

摘要: A sealing interface includes an inner cushion and an outer sheath. The outer sheath substantially seals against the facial contours of the user. The inner cushion and the outer sheath each have a nasal bridge region, left and right cheek regions and either one of an upper lip region or a chin region. In use these regions are aligned with the corresponding nasal bridge region, left and right cheek regions and either the upper lip region or the chin region of a user. The inner cushion includes a hinged region. The hinged region is adapted to flex substantially independently of the inner cushion cheek regions.

摘要: A patient interface device (100) for a pressure support system that includes a fluid coupling conduit (6) and a gas flow generator (4) that produces a flow of breathing gas for a patient. The patient interface device includes: a frame member (120) secured to the patient and an adjustment assembly (110), which includes a body member (130) coupled to the frame member. The body member is fluidly coupled to the fluid coupling conduit. A dial member (160) is coupled to each of the frame member and the body member. When the frame member is under tension and oriented concavely with respect to the dial member, the adjustment assembly is structured to move between a first position and a second position. The frame member exerts a force on the dial member. When the adjustment assembly moves from the first position to the second position, the force increases.
