    摘要: In a circuit arrangement wherein all logic elements can be represented in the form of a threshold value equation, for this purpose, transistors connected in parallel of a transistor unit are dimensioned in such a way that the cross-currents flowing through the transistors respectively represent a weighted summand of a first term of the threshold value equation. A second term of the threshold value equation is formed by a reference current representing the second term value. An evaluation unit compares an overall current, which results from the sum of cross-currents, with the reference current. The evaluation result is present at an output of the evaluation unit in the form of a stable output signal.

    摘要: The circuit arrangement compares a quantity supplied by a first neuron MOS field effect transistor (M1) to a reference quantity that is made available by a reference source (R). A current mirror (SP) is provided therefor, this enabling a comparison of a second current (I.sub.2) supplied by a reference transistor (R) to a first current (I.sub.1) supplied by the first neuron MOS field effect transistor (M1). The evaluator circuit is activated or, respectively, decoupled by a first switch unit (S1) and a second switch unit (S2). What is thereby achieved is that no current flows in the evaluator circuit in the quiescent condition. The comparison result is applied to an inverter unit (IS). Since the inverter unit (IS) is decoupled from the evaluator circuit by the first switch unit (S1), an undefined level is never adjacent at the output (AIS) of the inverter unit (IS). This can be advantageously utilized in the further data processing in following stages.

    摘要: A filter configuration for a demodulated QAM signal has a first channel for a cosine demodulated component of the QAM signal, a second channel for a sine demodulated component of the QAM signal, a filter circuit, which receives the two signal components and for each signal component has one transfer function that is composed of terms in phase with this signal component and terms phase-shifted from it by &pgr;/2 and/or −&pgr;/2. The circuit configuration also includes a cross branch for picking up signal portions from the respectively other channel that correspond to the phase-shifted terms of the transfer function. In a first state, the circuit configuration connects the input of the cross branch to the first channel and the output of the cross branch to the second channel, and in a second state connects the input of the cross branch to the second channel and the output of the cross branch to the first channel. A slope detector especially suitable for use with this filter configuration is also provided. The circuit configuration requires a reduced amount of circuitry and can be integrated on a small surface area of a semiconductor substrate.

    摘要: The circuit configuration provides for the combined color decoding and decimation of a video signal, particularly for picture-in-picture insertion in television sets. The color subcarrier is determined from a video signal for the purpose of recovering the chrominance signal components. The video signal is multiplicatively combined with orthogonal color subcarrier components and then filtered through low-pass filters. For the luminance signal components, the video signal is filtered by a further low-pass filter. In order to obtain decimated luminance and chrominance signal components, subsampling is carried out after the low-pass filters. Given suitable dimensioning of the low-pass filters matched to the decimation factor, a single low-pass filter in each of the chrominance signal paths is sufficient and, in the luminance signal path, an otherwise necessary notch filter is obviated.
