    摘要: A CMOS compatible material platform for photonic integrated circuitry is invented. The material platform has SiO2 as cladding material, at least a bottom layer made of moderate refractive index material(s) fabricated first on a unpatterned SOI wafer, a bonded system substrate, a set of photonic circuitry made within a SOI layer of the SOI wafer after its substrate and BOX layer removed, and some coupling devices enabling light travelling between the devices made within these two layers. A solution to provide IIIV laser diodes boned and embedded in the system substrate is also proposed. The invention provides a great material platform to offer full set of photonic building blocks for all sort of different applications such as photonic circuitry for optical neural network, quantum computing, telecommunication, data communication, optical switching, optical sensing, passive and/or active Si optical interposer with its size even bigger than lithography step field size.

    摘要: A CMOS compatible heterogeneously integrated material platform for photonic integrated circuitry is invented. The material platform has SiO2 as cladding material, at least a bottom layer made of moderate refractive index (contrast) material(s), a bonded single crystal Si layer transfer from either a SOI wafer or a ion implanted single crystal Si wafer ready for ion cut split on top of the bottom layer, and some devices enabling light coupling between the devices made within these two layers. The invention provides a great material platform to offer a full set of photonic building blocks for all sorts of different applications such as photonic circuitry for optical neural network, quantum computing, telecommunication, data communication, optical switching, optical sensing, passive and/or active Si optical interposer with its size even bigger than lithography step field.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for channel state information feedback. The method comprises: estimating channel state information from the mobile terminal to a serving cell and neighboring cells according to channel state information reference signals (CSI-Reference Signal) received from a plurality of coordinating cells; calculating a precoding matrix based on the estimated channel state information of the serving cell; calculating precoded channel state information respectively for the serving cell of the mobile terminal and neighboring cells in the coordinating cells according to the obtained precoding matrix; and feeding the precoded channel state information back to the serving cell of the mobile terminal. The above technical scheme can implement flexible and efficient channel status information feedback with low overhead, and enable multi-cell coordinated transmission to perform flexible and efficient precoding processing based on the feedback.

    摘要: Disclosed is a liquid crystal display, which includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of pixels respectively disposed at positions where the scan lines and the data lines cross each other. Each of the pixels includes a main pixel and a sub-pixel. The main pixel includes a main thin film transistor. The sub-pixel includes a sub-thin film transistor. A channel width-to-length ratio of the main thin film transistor is different from a channel width-to-length ratio of the sub-thin film transistor. The liquid crystal display of the present invention implements the eight-domain division by adopting difference channel width-to-length ratios of the main pixel and the sub-pixel.

    摘要: An imager includes an array of pixels arranged in rows and a control circuit for sequentially capturing first and second image frames from the array of pixels. The control circuit is configured to sequentially capture first and second pairs of adjacent rows of pixels during first and second exposure times, respectively, when capturing the first image frame. The control circuit is also configured to sequentially capture first and second pairs of adjacent rows of pixels during second and first exposure times, respectively, when capturing the second image frame. The first exposure times during the first and second frames are of similar duration; and the second exposure times during the first and second frames are of similar duration. The control circuit is configured to detect motion of an object upon combining the first and second image frames and, then, correct for the motion of the object.
