    摘要: A device for the translation or discharge of articles from a transport conveyor to a discharge conveyor includes a push-off ledge that is moveable into the transport conveyor path. The elongated push-off ledge is pivoted at each of its ends to an endless pull member that is guidely driven around a start-deflection roller, an out-deflection roller and a displaceably-tensioned guide roller that are rotatable about vertical roller shafts. Each of the pair of pull members are synchronously driven so that the push-off ledge remains substantially parallel to the conveyor's article transport direction while the ledge is advanced, for displacing an article from the transport to the discharge conveyor, at an oblique angle to the article transport direction. The push-off ledge is retracted substantially perpendicular to the transport direction, thereby avoiding interference with following articles being carried on the transport conveyor.

    摘要: An apparatus for the emptying of containers is disposed in the course of a conveyor way for containers loaded with piece goods, in particular with luggage pieces. A branch conveyor for receiving discharged piece goods is following to the emptying apparatus. The emptying apparatus is furnished with support rollers and guide elements for the containers and a tipping device with a swivel drive for the swiveling of the containers perpendicular to the transport advance direction (F) of the conveyor way in direction toward the branch conveyor. In order to obtain an emptying of the container during the transport motion based on a constructively simple structure of the apparatus, the container (3) is essentially constructed to comprise a part (4), formed by a shell-shaped floor (8) for receiving the piece goods (5) and a lower part (6). The lower part (6) includes essentially a planar support face (10) and a member for the transfer of the drive forces of the drive rollers (13) and of the tipping forces of the guide elements (15, 115) to the planar support face (10).

    摘要: A tiltable tray apparatus of a sorting conveyor installation for depositing unit loads by a swiveling movement from a horizontal transporting position into a tilting position with a conveyor device, on which the tray is arranged by a supporting member which extends in a vertical direction in the transporting position. A ball joint is provided at the supporting member for swiveling movement of the tray, and two knee levers are arranged between the tray and the conveyor device adjacent to the supporting member at both sides thereof as seen in the conveying direction and connected with the conveyor device and the tray by a joint in each instance. The joints at the knee levers have one end constructed as ball joints and another end as hinge joints, each hinge joint having a swivel axis which is aligned parallel to an opposite tilting axis extending through an articulation point of the ball joint of the supporting member and an articulation point of the other knee lever. The articulation points of the ball joints, and center points of the hinge joints situated at the opposite ends of the knee levers and a fastening point of the supporting member each forming corners of an imaginary triangle.

    摘要: An actuator includes a housing and a stationary, annular magnet coil to which a reversible direct current can be supplied. A displacement member which partially surrounds the magnet coil is mounted within the housing so as to be linearly moveable. A first pair of permanent magnets is mounted in the displacement member so as to cover a portion of the coil, wherein the north pole is located above the coil and the south pole is located below the coil. A second pair of permanent magnets is also mounted in the displacement member so as to cover a portion of the magnet coil. The second pair of permanent magnets is arranged diametrically opposite the first pair relative to the magnet coil and the south pole of the second pair is arranged above the magnet coil and the north pole below the magnet coil. Thus, when the magnet coil is excited, the displacement member linearly moves within the housing relative to the stationary coil. At least one connecting piece is attached to the displacement member so as to extend out of the housing.

    摘要: A device for suspending a rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element, which carries the rail by one end via a fixing device. The fixing device grasps a support element of the rail. The support element widens and extends at least partly in the lengthwise direction of the rail. To provide a device for suspending a rail that provides enhanced safety against collapse, the fixing device includes two fixing parts, which are connected like pliers by means of a bolt running in the lengthwise direction of the rail. The fixing parts swivel toward each other from the open position into the fixing position by their fixing regions. The support element of the rail rests against the bearing surfaces of the fixing parts, even in the open position, when the fastening means are released.

    摘要: A traveling mechanism for a lifting device, especially for a lifting device having a laterally cantilevering boom, is movable on rails with at least two running wheels. A connection element for attaching a load to said traveling mechanism is supported in the rail by the running wheels which are arranged on both sides of the connection element. The connection element has, at the region projecting down out of the rail, at least one running roller which is freely rotatable about a horizontal axis and rolls on a horizontal outer running surface of the rail. To effectively divert horizontal forces and uniformly distribute the vertical forces to the running wheels, running wheel axles are rigidly connected with a running wheel carrier, and the running wheel carrier and connection element are swivelably connected by a universal type joint. In addition, at least one support roller is rotatably mounted at the connection element in the interior of the rail. The support roller freely rotates about a vertical axis and rolls along at least one of the side surfaces to transmit horizontal forces to the rail.
