摘要： A method of fabricating a solar cell with a connecting sheet includes a temporary fixing step of bonding at least a portion of a peripheral region of a back electrode type solar cell to a connecting sheet. A method of fabricating a solar cell module includes the step of sealing the solar cell with a connecting sheet obtained by the method on a transparent substrate by a sealing material. A solar cell with a connecting sheet has a first adhesive arranged between a back electrode type solar cell and a connecting sheet, and a second adhesive arranged at least a portion of a peripheral region of the back electrode type solar cell to bond a back electrode type solar cell with a connecting sheet. A solar cell module has the solar cell with a connecting sheet sealed on a transparent substrate by a sealing material.

摘要： A back contact solar cell according to an embodiment of the invention includes an alignment mark (25a, 25b) in an inner region inside of an outer periphery of an electrode pattern that includes plural electrodes for first conductivity type (24) and plural electrodes for second conductivity type (25), which are formed on one surface side of a semiconductor substrate (21). According to the configuration, alignment accuracy is improved between a back contact of a solar cell and a wiring of a wiring sheet.

摘要： A heat exchanging apparatus includes a composite structure of a ferrosoferric oxide and a molybdenum oxide at the internal surface of a heat exchange cycle tube located in a generator. A process of suppressing corrosion of this heat exchanging apparatus includes the step of preparing an ammonia solution including dissolved oxygen of a concentration of approximately 3-8 ppm. Approximately 1 wt %-5 wt % molybdate is added into the ammonia solution. This ammonia solution is sealed within the heat exchange cycle tube to be heated to at least a predetermined temperature in the generator of the heat exchanging apparatus. Thus, a composite structure of a ferrosoferric oxide and molybdenum oxide is formed on the internal surface of the generator. This composite structure allows the suppression of corrosion in the internal surface of the generator.

摘要： An electric washing machine includes a washing machine body, a water tank fixed in the washing machine body and having an opening at the bottom, a double-cylindrical axis body formed of outer and inner rotary axes passing through the opening in the water tank, a washing tank in the water tank attached to the upper end of the outer rotary axis, with a large number of dehydration holes, a container type agitator attached to the upper end of the inner rotary axis, arranged at the bottom of the washing tank, and a planetary gear mechanism coupled to the lower end of the double-cylindrical axis body. The planetary gear mechanism includes an input axis, a planetary gear outer periphery portion fixed to the outer rotary axis, and a planetary gears coupled to the inner rotary axis and engaging with the outer periphery of the input axis and the inner surface of the planetary gear outer periphery portion. The washing machine further includes an electric motor and power transmission mechanism, and a brake arranged near the planetary gear outer periphery portion, releasing the planetary gear outer periphery portion at least during washing, and clamping the planetary gear outer periphery portion during dehydration. Preferably, the agitator has a liquid passing hole formed at the bottom. More preferably, the electric washing machine further includes convex portions provided on the bottom surface of the container type agitator.

摘要： On a top surface of a substrate, a first and a second electrode are formed. A p-type semiconductor film is formed over substantially the entire exposed area on the top surface of the substrate and over the first electrode. An n-type semiconductor film is also formed over substantially the entire surface, but does not cover the first electrode, the p-type semiconductor film and the second electrode. A junction surface between the p-type and n-type semiconductor films extends over substantially the entire substrate, thereby providing a thermoelectric device which can cool or heat a wide surface area. The inclusion of the junction surface between p-type and n-type films, which extends over substantially the entire surface of the substrate, provides a unit whose top surface serves as a heat-absorbing portion and whose bottom surface serves as a heat-releasing portion. Further, by laying a plurality of such units one over the other with insulating material between them, a cascade-type thermoelectric module is obtained.
