The display device includes: a base substrate; a color conversion pattern disposed on the base substrate; and a low refractive layer disposed on the base substrate, stacked with the color conversion pattern, and having a lower refractive index than the color conversion pattern. The low refractive layer includes a first base resin and particle clusters dispersed in the first base resin, and the particle clusters include a plurality of particles and bridges that combine the particles.
