A content of the first accessory ingredient (based on moles of Na) is 0.3 to 4.0 moles per 100 moles of the main ingredient, and a Ba/Si ratio is in a range of 0.16 to 1.44.

Abstract: There are provided a dielectric ceramic composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor containing the same. The dielectric ceramic composition according to the present disclosure may contain a main base material ingredient and a first accessory ingredient, wherein the first accessory ingredient contains samarium (Sm) and other rare earth (RE) elements, and a ratio (a/b) of a content (a) of samarium (Sm) to a content (b) of other rare earth elements in the first accessory ingredient satisfies 0.1≦a/b≦2.0.

Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a ceramic body in which dielectric layers and first and second internal electrodes are alternately stacked; and first and second external electrodes formed on an outer surface of the ceramic body and electrically connected to the first and second internal electrodes, respectively. In a microstructure of the dielectric layer, dielectric grains are divided by a dielectric grain size into sections each having an interval of 50 nm, respectively, a fraction of the dielectric grains in each of the sections within a range of 50 nm to 450 nm is within a range of 0.025 to 0.20, and a thickness of the dielectric layer is 0.8 μm or less.

Abstract: A dielectric ceramic composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor containing the same are provided. The dielectric ceramic composition contains a base material powder represented by (1−x)BaTiO3−xPbTiO3 containing a first main ingredient represented by BaTiO3 and a second main ingredient represented by PbTiO3, wherein x satisfies 0.0025≤x≤0.4. The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic body in which dielectric layers containing the dielectric ceramic composition are alternately stacked with first and second internal electrodes, and first and second external electrodes formed on both end portions of the ceramic body and respectively electrically connected to the first and second internal electrodes.

Abstract: A dielectric composition may include a first dielectric powder; and a second dielectric powder having an average grain size smaller than that of the first dielectric powder and included in the dielectric composition in an amount of 0.01 to 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the first dielectric powder, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor formed using the same. A multilayer ceramic capacitor may include: a ceramic body including dielectric layers; first and second internal electrodes disposed in the ceramic body to face each other with the respective dielectric layers interposed therebetween; and first and second external electrodes electrically connected to the first and second internal electrodes, respectively. The dielectric layers are formed of a dielectric composition including a first dielectric powder and a second dielectric powder having an average grain size smaller than that of the first dielectric powder and included in the dielectric composition in an amount of 0.01 to 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the first dielectric powder.
