    摘要: An image-capturing device includes an image-capturing section, an image-data-generation section, a display section, and a timing generator. The image-capturing section is configured and arranged to capture an image of a subject at a timing on the basis of a vertical synchronization signal inputted and generate image-capture data corresponding to a frame. The image-data-generation section is configured and arranged to generate image data on the basis of the image-capture data corresponding to the frame. The display section is configured and arranged to display the image data. The timing generator is configured and arranged to output the vertical synchronization signal. The timing generator outputs the vertical synchronization signal at a variable timing in accordance with a generating condition of the image data corresponding to the frame. The image-capturing section generates the image-capture data corresponding to another frame at the timing on the basis of the vertical synchronization signal.

The VRAM stores the image signals for one frame to be displayed by the display unit. The display unit performs displaying N times based on the image signals for one frame.

A total period of the first period and the second period is less than or equal to a vertical synchronization period based on the second frame rate.
